Замечательный отель, который оставил только приятные и теплые воспоминания. Тем кто приехал отдыхать, а не придираться к разнообразию блюд, одного ключа от номера и т.д. здесь будет комфортно. Начну с начала...Отпуск наш проходил с 15 по 29 октября. Приехали мы в 11 утра и замечательный и улыбчивый администратор Тахин нас сразу же заселил в прекрасный номер 1512 на 5 этаже, с боковым видом на море. Еды возможно не очень большое разнообразие, но все достаточно качественное и вкусное, всегда можно найти чем порадовать свой желудок. Из фруктов были: арбуз, дыня, сливы, груши, мандарины и яблоки. Шеф повар Хелим большой молодец. Попугай Якуб- это вообще отдельное сокровище этого отеля... Все ребята, которые работают в баре умнички, всегда с улыбкой встречают. Отель для взрослых, поэтому деток здесь нет, анимации нет, легкая музыка в течении для, но для нас это было само то, если вы хотите развлекаться, стоит рассмотреть другие отели, или вечером в центр на улицу баров. Что касается уборки номеров, это наверное касается всех отелей, даже в пятёрках не наводят генеральную уборку. Как говорится сколько людей, столько и мнений. Нам все понравилось и в следующем году мы обязательно вернемся. Да, еще хочу отметить хороший интернет в этом отеле, были в разных отеля Алании и Кемера, но в этом отеле WI FI был самый хороший, работает по всей территории отеля, где бы вы не находились. Спасибо огромное всему персоналу Sette Serenity!!!

Первое впечатление при заселении в отель было приятное. К сожалению единственное. Вид из номеров либо в окна соседнего отеля, либо на техдвор расположенного рядом предприятия. Лифт один и маленький, кто живет на верхних этажах, дожидаться надо не одну минуту. Уборка номера ужасная, полотенца такое чувство что меняют из номера в номер без стирки. Еда однообразная и очень перченая. Тарелки, стаканы, чашки имеют сколы. Вилки и ножи не всегда чистые. Ключ от номера дается только один. Для проживающих в номере двух подруг не совсем удобно. Сейф в номере есть, но он платный 2,50 евро в сутки. Своего пляжа у отеля нет. Городской пляж рядом, но очень грязный. Телевизор в номере есть, но каналы только на турецком языке. Не в первый раз приезжаем на отдых в Турцию, такой сервис вижу впервые. Никому не советую выбирать этот отель.

The biggest problem we had with the hotel was the person standing at the reception. We checked into the hotel around 21:00 in the evening of 21.05.2022. Since we bought the hotel late, I had to call the person at the reception several times before we reach the hotel. But he didn't answer the calls and even hung up on me. I have never seen such a rude receptionist. If we didn't have to, I would never stay in that hotel on top of this attitude. We had to wash the toilet with the shower because the flush in the room was broken. The breakfast was also awful. In my opinion, it is a hotel that will get 2 points out of 10.

Понравилось всё, вкусная еда и даже очень вкусная ,приветливый приятный и добрый персонал, отель очень чистый и уютный ,близко к морю , пляж шикарный. Мы довольны и с удовольствием поедим в этот отель еще 100%.

Upon arrival everything looked great. They gave us our room earlier than expected and everything started off good. On day 1 after waking up, we noticed the bathroom roof was leaking. We tried to tell the reception this, but they could not speak english. After 3 days of complaining, and me getting aggressive, they finally changed our room. We now got a room for smokers, wich is very smelly and bad, expecially when we don't smoke. I again went down and told them that I want a different room, a clean one. And my girlfriend has asthma, so the room is dangerous for her. They just kept telling us; "tomorrow" The next day, I went down hard and yelled at them. They said sorry, gave us a different room and upgraded us to "all inclusive" Nice gesture you would imagine? The food at the hotel gave me diahrea for 7 days straight. And on top of that, our 3rd room also leaked from the ceiling in the bathroom. I just gave up when I heard other guests complain about the same thing. This hotel made me to nevee ever going back to Alanya. This is a 3stars hotel at best. And a BAD one also. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Like one man said - this hotel has something that many other hotels are lacking - soul. Felth like second home. Felth like family. So friendly and naturally cheerful. There is also a parrot here and few cats, it makes this place even more cozy. They are so nice with animals and guests, tries cheering everyone up. They are just naturally very pleasant people to be around. One staff member celebrated her birthday here and everyone greeted her with so much warmth. They even gave guests some free cake to celebrate. All family members and kids gathered and it made me feel so alive and grateful for the things that really matter - family, friends and everyone around us. Im sure to come back here some day! By the way... THE FOOD IS EVERYTHING HERE! Big variety, everyday something new and very tasty! I hope they will never change this cause that also left me the biggest impression on this hotel! Yes, it aint super fancy, but it has life, meaning, cozy taste to it and I will always choose this. You really won my heart on this. Very sad to leave, but I've got some meaningful answers to take home, and its a big THANKS to the people working at this hotel. Dont forget the bond you have with each other, cherish these connections and this hotel will always stay alive with happiest guests that can have a little of that happiness that you share. I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel was clean and new. The pool is small but it wasn't a problem for me. I preferred the beach of Blue Diamond Alya hotel as the beach. The beach was beautiful. There could have been a little more variety in the breakfast, I can't say I liked it very much. Overall I was satisfied.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek. Dużym atutem hotelu jest miły personel, bardzo starający się, by umilić pobyt gościom. Wszyscy byli bardzo uprzejmi i uśmiechnięci. Sette Serenity ma dobrą lokalizację i jest dobrze skomunikowany. Mieliśmy bardzo czysty pokój z przepięknym widokiem. Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. W hotelu panuje spokojna i miła atmosfera, ale jest też miejsce na zabawę przy barze, czy basenie. Mamy miłe wspomnienia z wyjazdu, co w dużej mierze jest zasługą hotelu i ludzi tam pracujących.
