Bella Rose Apart Hotel, Renovated in 2023!

We rested in this hotel at the beginning of November for 9 days, as a family of 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 18 years old), the hotel is located in the Oba area, in this area there are beaches with pebbles and slabs, there are small entries into the sea without slabs, Cleopatra beach rooms with 10-15 is much better for us, we rented a car from Erhant rent car Alanya and went to Cleopatra beach. Near the hotel there are many cafes where you can have a snack, grocery stores, a public transport stop, the hotel does not have separate parking, you can park your car along the road, there has always been a place. The hotel area is small, there are two swimming pools, a tennis and billiard table, the staff is excellent, they solve all your questions, help organize transfers from and to the airport, you can print out boarding tickets for the plane. The hotel rooms are old, the furniture has seen a lot (old, worn out), but the price and quality corresponds, the plumbing is in good working order, although the shower head holder is broken in the shower, there is a water heater, the water is always hot, the kitchen has the necessary utensils for cooking, the knives are bad, an electric stove 2 burners, a Turkish kettle, a refrigerator, everything is in good condition, there are few sockets (we took an extension cord, everything was fine), there is a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, the air conditioning works well, the room has 2 rooms (a bedroom and a kitchen room), there are tiles on the floor everywhere . The hotel has a laundry service and they charged us 20 rounds. lira, everything was washed Ok. There are no TV channels in Russian, the hotel is suitable for those who are not spoiled by comfort, the sound insulation is normal, but it depends on the neighbors, we had everything fine, everyone was quiet and peaceful and slept well. Once a week, a market for fruits, vegetables, and clothes comes next to the hotel from 10-18.

В целом остались хорошие впечатления об отеле. 1. Отличный вай-фай на всей территории, в номерах. Мне пришлось много работать, проводить видео-конференции, всё работало отлично! 2. Комфортные большие номера с 1 спальней и кухней-гостиной. Кондиционер только в спальне. Мы были в самую жару -июль, но в целом даже 1 кондиционер справлялся с жарой. 3. Чистый бассейн. Мы никогда не купаемся в бассейне, но здесь мои дети не могли устоять и плавали в нём 2 раза. Всё хорошо. Чисто и людей практически нет. 4. Сотрудники отеля. Замечательные и улыбчивые люди. Очень приветливые. На ЛЮБУЮ просьбу реагировали быстро. Сразу по прилёту нам предложили номер, он меня не устроил и нам предложили тут же другой. Отлично! Номер у нас был с видом на горы, но и на шумную дорогу. Однако, с закрытыми окнами не было проблем. Если хотите тишины - просите номер с видом на бассейн. В номере есть холодильник, посуда, плитка. Но мы не готовили еду. 5. Расположение. Это центр посёлка Обагёль. Раз в неделю здесь в 1 минуте от отеля проходит рынок - свежие фрукты, овощи, орехи по низким ценам. Рядом есть все магазины - BIM, А101, Migros и т.д. Море минут 10 неспешным шагом. Рекомендую пляж с оранжевыми зонтами, номер 6 вроде. 2 лежака и зонт - 30 лир на весь день, пиво - 30 лир, мороженое - 10 лир. Только на этом пляже просеивают песок от камней и прочего. Детям было хорошо играть между лежаками. Небольшие минусы у отеля есть, но они не существенны. Цена отеля всё компенсирует.
