The only Western-style building in the hot spring town, this inn has only 8 rooms. There are 1 bath on the 3rd floor and 4 baths on the 1st floor, so I took a bath on the 1st floor. The water was hot, but it was good. Meals are served in the room, but the amount of food here is just right for women, although there are many ryokan that serve more than you can eat. Among them, I had the Yamagata specialty imoni (soy sauce flavor) for the first time, but it was so delicious. I went out after eating, but it was beautiful and wonderful with the lights of the inn and the street lights. The breakfast was adequate and delicious. It was a nice night. This is one inn that I would like to stay again.

Stayed as a couple in a special room. I knew from the beginning that the design was prioritized and the usability was poor. There were many dead insects in the room, but considering it was in the mountains, it was acceptable. The phone in the room was broken and I called twice and couldn't get through to the front desk. As soon as I called from the outside line, someone came and looked at me. The phone was responding at that time. There are no partitions or doors in the large bath in the room, and it is intuitively unacceptable to have a bed next to it. When I was guided into the room, I was surprised and said aloud, but the young woman ignored it. We didn't even talk about it. The young man who picked us up from the parking lot was very polite and pleasant, but most of the staff were unfriendly. The young woman responds, "Yeah," to a guest who is probably 20-30 years older than her and who pays 100,000 yen per night, both on the phone and on site. Re-educate. I couldn't enjoy dinner at all because there was nothing that I thought was delicious. Yonezawa beef steak may be A5 rank, but it feels like swimming in sticky fat. I was hungry, so I ate most of it, but it's better to think that customers who use this price range are in contact with a certain level of things on a daily basis. Only fruits for dessert and rice for breakfast were very delicious. Unless there is a drastic change in mindset and service improvement, there will be no reuse or recommendation to others.

I had the impression that guests would go to the ryokan, so I feel that the ryokan has pros and cons, and the software and hardware aspects are inconsistent. If it was the amount of the plan with less meals Well, I'm convinced. Of the 5 baths, the open-air bath with a view was the most popular. If you go at night, it's too dark to see anything, so I recommend going in the morning. The bath in the room was hard to use because there was no partition from the room. While there are some nice parts, the darkness and the difficulty of use stand out. The water quality was hot, and I felt that my skin was being peeled.

Stayed one night in mid-July. It was a room with a view of the hot spring town and the river. The appearance of the inn is full of emotion, but the inside of the inn, including the room, was painted pure white. In winter, you might feel like you are in a kamakura while watching the snowy landscape. However, I felt a sense of incongruity in the pure white room. The food was delicious. About 5 types of Yamagata local sake were offered at reasonable prices. There are no baths in the room, and there are about 4 in the building. The temperature of the hot water was high and I couldn't take a long bath. Personally, the bath on the 3rd floor that I took in the morning was spacious and comfortable. Private cars are not allowed in the hot spring town area, so I parked my car in a parking lot about 500 meters away and had the ryokan pick it up. I think it would be better to ask about the location of the parking lot in advance.
