What a horrible hotel and very poor service. Reception and service very unfriendly and food really horrible. The recipe is not a real restaurant but just an open space near the reception. 1 piece of advice don't go there choose another hotel nearby.

4 star hotel, unfortunately no 4 star staff. When I called reception, I had a hotel employee who only spoke and understood German rudimentarily. It was only when we switched to English that we were able to communicate. In the hotel restaurant, there was an employee who had such a strong foreign accent that I could hardly understand her. In the conference area, empty juice or water bottles are not replaced during coffee breaks.

A very nice breakfast buffet. The shower handle is too easily touched and therefore moved while showering, causing you to find yourself in cold or hot water suddenly.
It would be nice of there were some rooms with a double bed (and blankets) instead of just double single beds. I found the blankets a bit small.

I booked this hotel to attend a concert at the Rudolf Weber Arena and it was perfect for that. The connection to the main train station is also quick and easy.
