Great hotel for visiting the Schwarzwaldhochstraße, and heading across the border to the Alsase region in France. We enjoyed the included breakfast to start off our day and had a nice dinner at the restaurant one evening. The staff was very friendly and multilingual and helped us with our limited Deutsch. The room was comfortable and thankfully well heated. Thanks to the management and staff for maintaining an historic hotel from the 1600s and keeping up with 21st century amenities. We look forward to a future stay!

Bijzonder hartelijk welkom met glas wijn. Upgrade naar kamer met balkon. We werden geholpen met koffers naar boven brengen. Goed eten in gezellige eetzaal. Hotel heeft ruime parkeerplaats. Leuk stadje. Lekker eten en goede wijnkaart

Das Hotel ist mit Sicherheit kein 4 Sterne Hotel mehr. Die Glanzzeit ist vorbei. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch hingen die Spinnweben am Fenster und an der Heizung. Es hat schon lange niemand mehr wirklich sauber gemacht. Die Nachttischlampe bzw. der Lampenschirm hing lose und baumelte herum. Im Bad waren entweder die Leuchten bewusst nicht intakt (Sparmodus) oder sie waren defekt. Es war zu dunkel!! Sehr schade für so ein Haus. Der Bettbezug hatte ein großes Loch! Das erfreuliche war das gute Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten. Parken kann man noch kostenlos. Ein 4 Sternehotel ist es nicht,

Ich war eine Nacht im Hotel als Startpunkt für eine Mehrtageswanderung. Das Zimmer war großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, fußläufig zum Bahnhof und der Fußgängerzone. Das Restaurant hatte Ruhetag, so dass ich hierzu nichts sagen kann. Das Frühstück war klasse: Riesenauswahl! Top. Der Service war sehr freundlich.
