I would have given this place a 2 star if it wasn’t for the manager who couldn’t make any accommodations after other guests (children and adults) received multiple complaints. No sleep, fake warnings. Would not compensate due to the fact that “this happens all the time” and that “we were the only ones complaining”. In reality, the front desk received multiple complaints from other people. A child was slapped across the face. One room was only children who decided it would be funny to bang on our door (repeatedly) to make my dog bark which they thought was funny. If you are trying to get rest after a long drive or roadtripping, I’d advise going to another hotel. The manager doesn’t take you seriously even though they were gonna call the cops if they made one more sound. Well that wasn’t true either. This was happening right in front of our door

The original room we booked was not cleaned, ended up moving to a different room that did not fit the needs for a couple. Our original room had a bedroom and king size bed, the room the moved us to was two queen beds with everything in the same room so we just stayed there. The second night in the room the lights stopped working and we had to shower in the dark

The room needed a major cleaning and items replace. The fridge was rusted and unclean, the bathroom had mold and didn’t look clean. The bathroom fan was covered in dust. The TV was small for the large room and the beds were uncomfortable. Luckily I was only there for 2 days.

The hotel is especially nice if you want to have a kitchen -- full size refrigerator and microwave. No stovetop.
The dishes and utensils provided are minimal.
The most disappointing thing is the breakfast. While it is a hot breakfast, it is pretty much the same thing every day. Too much greasy food. Very steamtable. Been sitting there for quite awhile. Lack of fresh fruit. I was there for 4 days, and the food got worse each day.

The shower was dirty. Bed wasn't that comfy, and there weren't any linens for the sleeper sofa. When we asked the front desk, we were met with skepticism about the need for linens.
