Holiday Inn Express Columbus South - Obetz

The water pressure in the shower was awesome. It made me want the shower head for my own bathroom at home. Soap and shampoo products in the room were Dove, so nicer than we were expecting. Towels were thin and pillows weren’t the best, but I still slept fine. Breakfast was great, lots of good options. Will stay here again when in the area in the future.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Obetz. I was pleasantly surprised at the modernness of the room, the lighting and how clean it was. It was very quiet at night on the second floor. I was also surprised that even though it’s a sizable hotel with three floors, they remembered what room I was in and offered a very personalized service. I arrived early from Boston and the woman at the front desk acted immediately in getting me into a room early. The breakfast was a winner. Like my co worker said - it would be very easy for them to just put everything out at 6:30 and thats it, but they replenished throughout the morning so the eggs were fresh and the sausage wasn’t dried out from sitting in a warming tray. One of the managers even did me a personal favor when I was in a pinch and did my laundry. My only issue was that I requested my room cleaned while I was there, towels replenished. They did it the first day (with a reminder) but forgot to the second day. Other than that, I’ll absolutely be staying there again and so will all the people associated with my office when we are in the area. A great experience.

The air conditioner did not work in the room. Water pressure was very light. Coffee was not fresh at breakfast, and fruit was old.

Room was clean. Did not receive our requested wake up call, which was important!

The staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately there was mold on the ceiling in our room. I let management know. Hopefully they take care of it in a timely fashion. People pay their hard earned money to stay at the hotel. It should be clean and definitely mold free!

It was very clean The front desk person was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was hot, very good with a wide selection.
