Hilton Ocala

This turned out to be a very disappointing stay for my family and I. At check in, our room wasn't ready. I'm willing to overlook that because things happen, but for the cost of our room, it is rather ridiculous that it wasn't ready when check in starts at 1500 and we arrived a bit after that. Once we got our room, the shower curtain had a few mold spots on it, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that is supposedly this nice. Beyond that, the shower wouldn't drain properly. We showered in ankle deep water, so there was clearly a clog that should have been addressed. The front desk apologized and mentioned that they could have fixed it at any time with their 24-hour service staff, but that's not the point of this review. It's to show the lack of care shown toward the room that we were afforded for our one-night stay.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile by Giovanna. When I checked in I felt like I was talking to my friend. Very professional, welcoming. The next day I forgot my room key in the car and as I approached the front desk, she remembered my name. Best customer service ever. Thank you for being you ❤️

Front desk staff were great, especially Chavetta. She was very professional, helpful and kind. The rooms were very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. The hotel is also in a nice location near the interstate and nearby restaurants.

What a nice hotel… the staff were super friendly, Deion our bartender and restaurant server was so great. Get the Brussels!! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location great. Atmosphere cold and strictly business. Room was comfy. Value not great at $247 per night, $10 parking fee per night, and breakfast buffet $22 per person. Cleanliness below average overall on the property which is very worn and unkempt. Not the Hilton of earlier years, with a tired unkempt landscape and carpets so old and soiled they can’t possibly be saved. Disappointing stay. Needs some updating and serious care. Noise level very good.

Came to this hotel for a work trip (which was great) but Norma made my experience even better. Thank you Norma for the wonderful hospitality. You’re amazing!
