Got bedbugs from property
Marissa the manger led me around and dismissed my claims
Asked for owners name and she denied me
Refused to refund any monies
Horrible staff and crappy location across the street from a hospital
Very unhygienic..

In the morning at 6 they start moving chairs and talking very loudly, the room smells very bad, little ventilation, it looks like a very old hotel, all the furniture was not comfortable.

Bugs in the room. A lady was at the front with a crying baby. Shady people sitting in their car where you check in at for hours on in with the music playing. I think they were there to maybe wash their clothes? I seen a lot of dirty clothes in bags being brought in. Just didn’t feel right.

The hotel was clean enough and the breakfast was fine. The pool is closed, the gym is closed (permanently), the TV only has one channel (oxygen true crime), the power went out once for unknown reasons, and the staff told us the elevator sensor is broken and that “it will crush you.” The bed was pretty comfortable and I slept well. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it served its purpose.
