It looks like a hotel for homeless people, many people smoking, it smells bad, the room is dirty, there is no cleaning anywhere in this hotel, I do not recommend it.

First the entrance is terrible with the smell of a lady sitting down smoking 🚬 then i get there elevator is broken I had 2 rooms reserved 1 room upstairs had to go through dirty stairs and smell eww 😷 then get to room was all dirty looks like no room service is done Had to go change room, Second room first floor you could hear everything people being loud in hallway all night door slamming all night people walking upstairs those walls are paper The bed was broken. Rooms smells like humidity. First and last in these name hotels rooms. It has been a terrible experience never again

There were what appeared to be dried blood stains and other stains on my bedsheets and cover. I asked the staff if it would be possible to have the sheets changed. They said it wasn’t possible since they were out of bedsheets but they gave me a clean fleece blanket instead. Overall cleanliness is really bad.
The walls are very thin. You’ll be able to hear everything from next door to across the hall.
I’ve been to other Extended Stay America and I’ve had good experiences. This one is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

Had first booked Howard Johnsons in Ocala because my wife wanted to see one of the last 2 Howard Johnsons big mistake. Place was full of bed bugs, roaches and c----heads. Needed a place because it was late on a Friday night. Men out in parking lot in truck beds partying (didn't bother us but strange), room really small no nightstands, bed side lamps only one overhead light I took a shower but my wife refused to. Thought it would be noisy but suprisingly for a Friday night no noise. Left at my wifes insistence at 6am but 100 percent better than the Howard Johnsons by Wyndham Ocala.

Walked in to room and turned on light cockroach ran everywhere the medium size ones that crawl all over you as they were on and under bed on stove top counters like so visually present my boyfriend did even walk in room! We walked out and left and Best Western took great care of us . Patricia was very sweet and nice who was the reception and manages the place. Out of her control no photo as those bad boys ran and no time to put stuff down or dare to take pictures

Run… do not walk from this location! Pay twice to stay somewhere else. The grounds are filthy, the hallways are filthy, the room smells and is filthy. We have bugs in the room, the kitchen area is like something from the wrong side of town. The party was all night in the parking lot. It’s a total dump. Zero stars.

HORRIBLE, horrible and even worse than that. They had window open because the room smelled so very bad. Lucky I had a candle to help . My late check in caused me to stay but I cancelled my 3 day stay and went down the street to a clean modern room for half the price. No bedside light so I had to us a flashlight to turn lights off at door and then get back to bed. Horrible!

This business can be better than what it is, but the most unsavory of characters keep it in the condition it currently is in. The staff wasn't bad.
