Great place to stay with a family on the Ocean City beach. This hotel is located in a more quiet section of the boardwalk. Has excellent amenities and activities for kids. Kids eat free at the restaurants and great service by the pools. Housekeeping was really backed up with cleaning the rooms as it was a busy time but they got to my room every day.

This is what you get for oceanfront when you spend thousands of dollars on Holiday Inn hotels throughout the year. Junk and no one willing to help you get a better room. Staying at Hilton from now on. Very disappointed. Not the least bit enjoyable. No privacy. Loudness from the pools etc.

Everything good at the hotel but if you’re using points as a member be careful. We used the cafe to eat breakfast before we checked out. When my husband went to use his Diamond Elite points for the bill, they wouldn’t apply them because they said we checked out at 8am. We were still sleeping at 8am!! So shady. They refused to reverse it. Don’t give people 11am check out time and then decide to randomly check them out first thing in the morning. Not sure I want to go back since this is how they value members.

Nice enough hotel with great location and views. The pool situation is highly irritating. In what world would an outside pool close at 5 pm everyday including the hot tub. This is a deal breaker for anyone with kids. The adult pool is open until 8 but is freezing. The food and drink bar next to that pool closes at 5. We like to head to the beach early and enjoy the pool and hotter in the evening. Really pathetic that all is closed up at the warmest time of the day. Never again
