Pros: The staff were amazing at the front desk. Utilized them to help with re-printing of a document and they provided a wheelchair the whole weekend for a family member that was having a hard time getting around. Our conference rooms and hospitality rooms were on the same floor - which was great! The pillows were great to, just wish the bed hadn't been up against the wall. At 57 and the most agile of us four - I got the wall! Cons: The rooms could use some updating, but we had a full kitchen. The bathroom was SMALL. Traveling with a disabled person is hard, especially when hotels are only required to have 1 or 2 handicapped rooms/showers. We were not able to get a handicapped room/shower, but we tried to make the best of it.
