They had no water the first night of our stay, and they would not give us any refund in spite of this. And I mean NO WATER. No shower, no sink, no nothing. Truly terrible service, I called again after to request a refund and they told me they would call me back. They never did. In addition, they have a terrible cancellation policy. Do not recommend, an absolutely awful experience. Book somewhere else and save yourself the grief.

The lobby, pool, and the rooms look so good! Our room was comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, the beach and putt putt golf. We had to call maintenance for a small issue with the bathroom sink and Chris the chief engineer, was very responsive. He fixed the issue, quickly. Chris was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely come back to Fenwick Inn!

The room was very spacious, clean and the staff were great. The breakfast we had everyday was a great treat compared to other hotels. Always stocked, Maid service right on time with anything you ask for never had to wait. I have a cat 🐈 for a pet, which the hotel was very accommodating because all hotels that I tried to book only said you could only bring dogs, but when I said I have a cat they said sure she could come which was the best for my family. They also have a large heated swimming pool. Hot tub and special splash section for children. The front desk representative by the name of Audrey is very professional , and down to earth personality which means a lot to me. Audrey is such a great asset to the Fenwick inn, I suggest you come and see her on your stay, she really cares about the hotel and each and every guest. I recommend you plan to stay at this hotel.

There was construction directly outside our window. The Hotel was not crowded at all. If they knew there was gonna be construction why would they put us in the room and secondly. There was rebar sticking out of one of the curbs for parking and when I backed out my bumper was torn off my vehicle. I took it to a body shop and am getting prices. What is The Fenwick Inn going to do to right this wrong.

By far the worst experience ever at the fenwick in. Not only was my family disappointed by the lack of professional employees working there. i was treated like no human being, discrimination of my race,was crushed by the employees, evicted overnight with my children and then I reached out to the store manager Jon Stircker by phone and e-mail still no word for anyone. No refund no apology no consideration. Sad
