Although I had a bad experience with my reservation with Ashore, trip.com rectified the situation and the customer service was top notch, even though they were not at fault. I definitely would book from trip.com again.

Dined in the Tides restaurant while attending a conference. Amazing ambiance. Amazing transformation from what it was before. Feels very elegant. Beautiful view of the ocean through windows and a giant open door. Had the cream of crab soup and a wedge salad that was amazing. The spicy blue cheese dressing was delicious. Chrissy was very attentive and accommodating. I will definitely return. If you haven’t been here since the renovations, definitely try it out.

I needed a get away and Ashore answered my call. From the friendliness of the person who made my reservation until the time I left, I was treated with care and love. I traveled with my service animal and she was thought of as well.

Really enjoyed our stay. The Tide Room was a high light. My wife recently left me and I lost the will to live. I booked a weekend get away after I represented myself in divorce court and her lawyer from New York won her the house. Never again. I was done in the dumps for a dark period of my life and I emerged at Ashore feeling optimistic. I had the time of my life. The views were absolutely amazing. Walking the beach daily was rejuvenating. The tuna tartare was phenomenal. James made a hell of a cocktail. So delicious. Would come back. Still divorced. Anyone single?

Outstanding food, staff and ambiance! Every single dish was glorious. The restaurant is pricey for OC but you get what you pay for. The dishes were large sizes, where most of us had to take home leftover. Scallops and Ribeye were phenomenal. Would highly recommend.

Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. Was not aware the restaurant and tap room were open. No one mentioned it at check in. We found out just by exploring the hotel. Which was the day before we left. Disappointed that no one at desk when passing by.

My husband and I had dinner at the Tide Room and the food and service were AMAZING!! Thank you to our server Grace who was so sweet and welcoming. Not only was she very helpful in recommending the best appetizers and drinks from the menu, but she made our dining experience truly wonderful. We had a great evening at the Tide Room and hope to return in the near future to stay at the Ashore Resort & Beach Club.
