Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City Oceanfront

Always a great time here. Staff is friendly and attentive.

First time visit at this beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable hotel. Had a great experience from the time we arrived and were greeted at the door by a super friendly & helpful bellhop named Vince to the day we checked out. Enjoyed the ocean/beach view while relaxing on our 11th floor balcony….lots of surfers on our final two days and spotted several dolphins. Have to say we were a bit disappointed in the lack of television channels. Couldn’t even get our Phillies but were able to enjoy the game, a delicious meal, and several drinks at Coins Pub & Restaurant which was within walking distance.

There was no trash emptied for the 3 days we were there. Also, we requested some housekeeping at check in and never received anything without 3-4 follow ups at the front desk. There was no sense of urgency for anything including toilet tissue and when the staff discovered you booked through a third party it was quite obvious that your stay was not important to them. Lastly, there were multiple foxes living in the dunes and the property with no warning. There were several instances when we were less than 6 feet from them as they were on the decks and walkways on the oceanfront.

Clean, well-maintained hotel........scenic views from private balcony.......friendly, professional staff......just steps away from north end of boardwalk and tram transportation if desired to main boardwalk attractions at south end of boardwalk...walk directly out to uncrowded beach...highly recommended

WE wanted a quite winter get-away, just listening to the ocean outside the door. Quite, clean, convenient

I love the look of the hotel, and the room was pretty and clean. I loved the balcony, the view was beautiful, and the beach clean. The staff were very nice, it’s awesome when they go a little out of the way making you happy (conversation wise). I was a little bummed they didn’t have a hot tub, but the pool was nice and warm! We checked out the workout room, it was decent if you wanted to get a workout in! We didn’t end up eating in the restaurant, so I can’t say anything about that. Overall, would definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel! Great location and the rooms are very clean. Newer hotel with a big pool for the family. There is a breakfast buffet for $20 per person that has a nice view of the ocean. If you’re visiting ocean city I highly recommend staying here.
