Always a great time here. Staff is friendly and attentive.

I love the look of the hotel, and the room was pretty and clean. I loved the balcony, the view was beautiful, and the beach clean. The staff were very nice, it’s awesome when they go a little out of the way making you happy (conversation wise). I was a little bummed they didn’t have a hot tub, but the pool was nice and warm! We checked out the workout room, it was decent if you wanted to get a workout in! We didn’t end up eating in the restaurant, so I can’t say anything about that. Overall, would definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel! Great location and the rooms are very clean. Newer hotel with a big pool for the family. There is a breakfast buffet for $20 per person that has a nice view of the ocean. If you’re visiting ocean city I highly recommend staying here.

Was very disappointed with the service. Front desk not very friendly or accommodating. Lobby ran out of coffee. Coffee maker in room did not work. When checking in we were given a gold member key holder. So I’m assuming we are a gold member. When I asked for my complimentary bottle of water, which is what the key holder stated I was told I wasn’t a gold member. But the card said I was. Then they have a wheel to spin for prizes at the front desk, free dessert, 10percent off dinner, etc. then I’m told it’s only for gold members. This is ridiculous. They would not let me spin the wheel which was clearly there for everyone. I have pictures and no where does this wheel say gold members only. Breakfast was terrible. Ham and cheese omelet without cheese and dry as a bone. For almost $300 a night I was not happy!
