For what we paid we felt like it was decent. The only things that happened where a high pitch alarm started out of no where at 3:30 am. The staff were really hard to get a hold of and it took 2 phone calls and us going down to the front desk. Just to add a cherry on top the room key then deactivated and we had to get a new one.

I'm surprised to see any negative reviews. Perhaps its different on weekends, but I have stayed here several times in the past 2 years, and I've never seen or heard or smelled a dog! The rooms are always clean and the staff is very helpful. The only thing I would change is to have breakfast start before 7am. People travelling on business often have morning meetings or long drives. I've never experienced a hotel before where breakfast doesn't start until 7am.

Horrible stay. Was not advised of the renovations being made at the hotel until arrival. The rooms were dirty with visible blood borne pathogens on the curtains. There was hairs in the bed on one bed, visible dirt on the headboards and a huge visible stain on the pillowcase which I was told by staff that it wasn’t a stain but “thinning” fabric. It was cold, the heat does not work and I was traveling with a newborn. The bathroom was nasty some kind of soot on the sink and tan colored bottom of the tub. When I called to ask for another room the manager, who had no problem trying to tell me I was not telling the truth, sent someone to prove I wasn’t lying after I had already cleaned the place. Filed a complaint and never heard anything back just got a generic response. Then some random charge appeared on my card and I had to call them to be refunded saying it was something with their computer system! If you want a clean place to sleep don’t stay here!

All employees were very nice and helpful bar attached is good too. Easy to park there and walk to some places. Facilities overall are just kind of beat from over the years for the price but thats kind of most of the places in ocmd. Overall not bad if I had to stay again.

The location was walkable to the convention center and boardwalk. Breakfast was not that great. Room floor was dirty and decor was minimal.

Place had a bad smell, bed headboard had some nasty finger stains/prints, A/C didn’t work, bed was extremely uncomfortable, breakfast food not great.

Had a great stay. The only issue is that rooms floor looked clean, but felt like there was a dust covering the floor. Staff was very helpful, with suggestions for food, even though it was end of the season and a lot of restaurants were closed for the season.
