DO NOT STAY HERE! I BOOKED THROUGH ******* AND THEIR AD SHOWS PICTURES OF THEIR TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS WHICH THEY DO NOT MENTION IN THEIR LISTTING. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE HOSTILE FEMALE SAID NO REFUND EVEN THOUGH I HAD JUST SIGNED THE PAPERWORK 15 MINUTES EARLIER. SHE ALSO CALLED ME STUPID FOR NOT READING THE CONTRACT AND A LIAR AFTER TELLING HER I HAD CONTACTED THEIR FACILITY TO GET ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AS I WAS BOOKING 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. I LOST MY MONEY AS THE FACILITY WAS FILTHY AND UNSAFE AND SPENT ANOTHER $1000 TO FIND A CLEAN, SAFE HOTEL WITH STAFF WHO DID NOT HARASS OR INSULT ME

Biggest complaint is the bathroom, the front of the toilet is very close to the wall.

This hotel is like going to visit family every year! Ava and her staff are awesome…very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are always clean, comfortable; and, every year, there are things that have been remodeled and updated. This is an older hotel, just two blocks from the boardwalk and I am so thankful that it is under the care of this wonderful family.
My family and I will continue to make this our September vacation home for many years to come!

The air conditioning did not freeze well, the microwave turned off by itself, and they came to our attention because we spent 20 minutes taking things out, no other hotel has done that to us. I did not like the stay there.
