This is our 4 stay at Park Place and every room is amazing. This time 7th floor bay side (views were amazing). The lady Flora was assigned to our room and she made the visit even more special for myself and my daughter. The beds are comfortable, shower had great pressure and rooms very clean. I love Park Place!!! I have been here many times at different months and they treat you great. This was first time we even rode bikes they loan you. The pool is heated. I will always stay here.

Nice hotel. Room was good for two people. Very clean and right in the middle of boardwalk action. Had two maintenance issues but they were quickly resolved. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Hotel is Close to beach, restaurants, shops! Everything you need is right there. Rooms are a little old but well kept and clean. More pillows would be nice. Pool towels available would be great also. Overall, great hotel!

The Park Place is a perfect location, clean and staff was very friendly. I only have it a 4/5 instead of 5 because our air conditioner did not work and we asked them to take a look at it, but nothing was done.It was near 80 degrees for the few days we were there and the room did get pretty warm. Hope they have it fixed before summer!

My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that the beds were a little hard for our comfort. I also loved that I had a balcony facing the beach. I woke up to the sound of the waves and loved it.

This hotel is amazing! It is beautifully decorated and very, very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. We stayed in an oceanfront room on the 7th floor, private balcony. One of the outdoor pools was open during our stay. We didn’t have time to go in, but did go out to see it. The area was spacious and clean, pool was a good size, and I did reach in to find the water nice and warm on the chilly day we were having. The location on the boardwalk is in the heart of all the great shops and restaurants… walk out the door and just start enjoying! We especially have to mention the beyond fantastic housekeeper we had named Flora. She’s extremely nice and attentive and she left us the most amazing towel creations on the beds. We had the cutest puppy, a beautiful mermaid, and an adorable alligator. We definitely plan on going back!

The beds are comfy. The room was clean. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating, was that they put me on the back side of the hotel that faced the roads, not the ocean side. Oceanside was my preferred room. The staff was friendly and eager to help if there was a problem.

Awesome location! The ocean view was the best!!!! It was my birthday!! When I checked in I had ballon’s, a cupcake and lil birthday card! That was really nice!!! Thank you!!! Nice and clean room! Slept good, bed soft! Room clean with the exception of the tub! 🛀 It looked really old and had long hair that wasn’t mine by the water knobs! 😫.. Other than that, I enjoyed myself! Nice hotel! I will be booking again!!! Thank you 😊
