We had a great stay here! I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable at a hotel, especially in a busy place like Ocean City. The staff was super friendly and courteous, room clean and comfortable and location perfect. Will definitely stay again!

The cleanest hotel I've been to. Also very friendly staff and specially the owner. I will come back. I love this place. Excellent location. I have stayed in many places in Ocean City. By far this is my favorite hotel now. No problems parking and very close to the boardwalk. Very good rates

We felt like we stayed with our grandmother here at King Charles! They were so kind giving us great recommendations for dinner, and greeting us with fresh snickerdoodle cookies in the evening when we came back from watching the fireworks on the beach. The room was VERY clean with fresh linens and bedspread. The porch was huge! I enjoyed reading out there in the morning. We will certainly return again!!
