Great location, access directly to the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would not suggest if you enjoy quiet nights as there is a bar on the boardwalk below and you can hear the music in your room. The floors needed additional cleaning, they were dirty.

Room 120 is loud; directly over the boardwalk restaurant/club and it smelled of cigarettes. We did not sleep; club music was going until 2AM. Request a different room.
Other than that, the room was as expected for the price and the staff at checkin and checkout were friendly.

Christina was fantastic with everything. We had some noisy neighbors who kept knocking in the middle of the night, but she apologized profusely and assured us it would be taken care of. We will definitely be staying there again!

Older hotel. Liked how easy it is to get to the board walk. Staff was the most friendly hotel staff I have delt with. The room on the other hand was not nice, had a weird odor, there was someone’s food in the fridge, just didn’t feel clean at all. There was sand all over the floor when we got there. But overall ok stay
