Negative: At first it was explained to me that booking with ******* did not apply and I was asked for €200 more - this had to be covered by ****** * or their reimbursement insurance. As a customer, we have the feeling of being deceived by ******* or by the hotel.

Première fois que je suis à Kribi - Cameroun, et première fois dans cet hôtel. Les réceptionnistes sont si gentilles, Mlle Fleur Ines est très serviable et intelligente. Également nouveau directeur général, M. Waberi Ahmed Ali, très soucieux de la satisfaction de la clientèle. Il donne une grande confiance. Ils ont de grandes chambres, Internet, la climatisation est bonne, le service de chambre est rapide. Ils ont un super restaurant de poisson en bord de mer que je conseille à tout le monde. Cet hôtel est le meilleur hôtel d'affaires de Kribi et si je reviens, je reviendrais ici. First time i am in Kribi - Cameroon, and first time in this hotel. The receptionists are so kind, Miss Fleur Ines is very helpful and intelligent. Also new general manager Mr Waberi Ahmed Ali very careful about customer satisfaction. He gives big confidence. They have large rooms, internet, airconditionning is good, room service is fast. They have a super fish restaurant by the sea I suggest to everyone. This hotel is the best business hotel in Kribi and if i come again i would stay here
