I love the suites here. They are big enough to have plenty of space and room to relax and feel at home.

The staff was lovely. The location isn't awful, and there wasn't any smells or dirty linens. However, the ceiling had mold and damages. The tub didn't drain so you had to bathe with an ankle deep of water. The coffee pot was missing a piece (they fixed it) and the breakfast was severely limited and you weren't allowed to eat it in your room. Overall it was fine for a pass out quick travel night, but would not return nor recommend. Again staff was excellent and kind.

Stayed here 2 nights and had good experiences both times. The room was better on the 2nd night. First night our room was a bit stuffy and the hotel smelled of smoke. The 2nd night it was much better no real noticeable smoke smell. The staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly.

Stock photos of hotel are old. This is an older property in my opinion. Bathroom tile was cracked/broken. There was not an attendant at anytime during the time we were at breakfast and most items offered were gone. This location is close to I-10 and the highway noise can be heard from your room.

The water was cold in the tub & lukewarm in the sink. There was hair in the bed & bugs on the floor. They tried to charge my card 3 times when we chose to pay at the hotel. The receptionist still called me and told me that I had to pay over the phone before we even arrived for check in.
