In generale l'hotel si presenta bene dall'esterno. La camera è normale, il desk per lavorare con il lap top è stretto, e la lampadina per illuminare il piano è inservibile...inaccettabile.
parliamo del bagno: il soffitto presenta scrostature e un macchia di umidità. Parliamo del doccino, impressionante, il doccino è così intasato di calcare che esce (forse) un terzo dell'acqua, lo stesso vale per l'aeratore del rubinetto del lavabo e del bidet. Un hotel 4 stelle come PRIMOTEL di Oderzo non può permettersi questo stato di ABBANDONO

Siamo arrivati alle 23.30, L hotel era completamente chiuso senza portiere di notte, il check-in non ci ha chiamato per evidenziare che alle 23.00 chiudeva l’ingresso, chiamato telefonicamente il responsabile ci ha detto che non poteva darci la camera perché non aveva nessuno da mandare ad aprire, ci ha suggerito di cercare un altro hotel, imbarazzante per hotel a 4 STELLE.

Eenvoudig ontbijt en eenvoudige kamers. Het Personeel was vriendelijk. Het hotel heeft een ruime parking en is dichtbij het gezellige centrum van Oderzo. Het hotel ligt dichtbij een drukke weg en afhankelijk van waar de kamer gelegen is, hoor je dit wel een beetje.

Assolutamente non un Hotel da 4 stelle, ma uno sacrso 3 stelle. Camera piccola con luce ingresso non funzionante impossibile lavorare con un PC se non è già carico, bagno piccolo e senza che funzioni il sistema di aereazione. Prima colazione assolutamente inadeguata già alle 8,30 non c'era niente di salato ed erano rimasti solo alcuni pezzi di torta ed una sola caraffa di succo di frutta

Camera datata e rumorosa, la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Nel bagno capelli sul lavandino e intonaco che si stacca sopra la doccia. Lo staff non è da meno, per esigenze lavorative concordiamo la sera, dopo aver pagato, la colazione in anticipo. La mattina nonostante la esplicita richiesta, nonostante il “personale”fosse già in sala, nonostante la hall fosse già affollata, nonostante avessimo già pagato, ci hanno rifiutato il sevizio. Proponendoci un bicchiere d’acqua al bar o al massimo un caffè. Questo il bilancio del nostro soggiorno, Inutile sottolineare il fatto che non usufruiremo più di questa pensione.

personalmente mi sono trovato molto bene, accoglienza e gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale, ampio parcheggio e WIFI perfettamente funzionante. Dista circa 7/8 minuti di camminata dal centro cittadino Camera ampia, pulita e confortevole. Colazione non molto sfarzosa, ma di qualità e varia e dispongono anche di referenze senza glutine. Consigliato

Arrivato per affari ad Oderzo mi trovo alle 18 una bella doccia gelata. Acqua calda assente per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno. Mai nei miei numerosi viaggio mi son trovato in qualsiasi hotel, in qualsiasi Paese visitato, solo con l’acqua fredda. Mi sarei aspettato scuse e soluzione guâ trovata in altra struttura ma nulla mi distoglie dal pensiero che al mio arrivo sapevano giâ del problema . Chi tace guadagna. …..per l’ultima volta.
