The location was ideal. It's in the city centre and walkable distance to everything. I paid for the room with a balcony (said it in the title add) but they gave me a room without one. The room was clean but there was a dirty white shirt on the bathroom floor obviously from a previous customer. So, the bathroom cleaning could be improved.

Avoid this hotel. I booked this hotel for three nights. They tald me I can only stay there for two night's because I booked it very cheap. And tald me if I want to stay third night I have to pay more. I refused to do so. I tald them that I already paid for three night's and I will pay no more. Also hotel was very dirty. And smells bad. Sound insolation is non existant

First we couldn’t close our window and it was 35 degrees outside, so the AC wasn’t really effective. No shower curtain. We booked and paid a room for 5 nights but during the 4th day we are out of the blue told that our room has been booked online and we need to leave. Our luggage in our absence was taken away to the cleaning lady’s room, we were given our money and told to find something else while our luggage was just tossed aside in blue plastic bags. ONE OF MY WORST EXPERIENCES AND WOULD TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!

A very good example of a very bad hotel The worst hotel I have stayed in. The first day we were robbed. We left our bags in the room, locked the room and left the key to reception. When we came back the room was still locked but - surprise- €1500 MISING from my backpack. The receptionist who we figured out is the owner of the hotel, didn’t help and cooperate at all. When we asked her to check the cameras she said that they were not working for the past 9 years. She was more interested in her sandwich?! than the fact that we were ROBBED! The staff is very rude, unhelpful and not professional at all! Regarding the hotel itself - extremely uncomfortable and dirty bed. The room wasn’t serviced for 5 days. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, no parking available... The night receptionist sleeps whole night on the sofa so whoever wants can easily come in. If you want to keep your money in your wallet - STAY AWAY FROM THIS “HOTEL”!!
