Friendly service.
When judged in relation to the price level versus the overall experience, then it was a perfect calibration. Probably even to the favor of the hotel, i.e. you get value for the money. The location is a bit off the inner centre but you can walk to the Opera in about 15 minutes so it is still a central location. The room was very warm, this was a cold December, I had to turn off the heater. So for people who are afraid of freezing, this hotel is perfect on that account.

C’est un bon établissement, à l’exception des détails suivants:
- pas de bouteille d’eau dans les deux chambres que j’ai occupées;
- pas de sèche-cheveux dans l’une des deux;
- le petit déjeuner gagnerait aurait gagné à être un peu plus consistant.

Hotel location is very good. The staff members are very friendly. I had booked two rooms. cleaning is very good. my friend had problems in his room but they helped right away. Changed the room and offered champagne. They made a very nice gesture. I would like to come and stay again. just needs to fix the breakfast was not very good.

Брали два номера на переночевать. Хороший вариант для ночевки. Неплохие завтраки. Минус - сильная слышимость. Но нам повезло шумных соседей не было. И нет парковки, но можно оставить машину на улице перед въездом в отель Не очень безопасно, но проблем не было)
