Прекрасный отель в самом сердце Одессы в пешой доступности от большинства одесских достопримечательностей . В отеле все продуманно, удобно и очень красиво! Роскошное постельное белье, комнаты с разными, изысканными интерьерами и очень удобной мебелью. Отменные завтраки и хороший кофе. Великолепный сервис и отличный персонал! Каждый день после уборки в номере, как по вошебству, оказывается по паре бутылочки воды и паре чудесных шоколадных конфет, что очень приятно. Тапочки, халаты, хороший душ с правильным напором, тоже являются большим плюсом. Все изысканно и прекрасно! ОЧЕНЬ рекомендую!!!

I loved my extended stay at Frederic Koklen! The location is walkable to all the parks, restaurants, theatres, and sites of Odessa. The staff speaks English and always greets you with a smile. All the service staff take great pride in their work with focused attention to detail. The variety of breakfast items always got your day off to a good start. This hotel will make you feel at home in Odessa.

С отелем мы познакомились в мае 2021. До этого в Одессе отдыхали 11 лет и все время находилось какое-то "но", а тут мы нашли НАШ отель с отменным сервисом, изысканным интерьером, идеальной чистотой и профессиональным персоналом, который всегда Вам рад и готов помочь в любое время суток. Прекрасное расположение в центре Одессы - до Дерибасовской 5 мин пешком. В отеле есть лифт. Мы в восторге! В Ф.Коклен чувствуешь себя, как дома. Ежедневная уборка, белоснежное белье и полотенца, в каждом номере свой шарм и коллекция прекрасных картин, а завтраки.....это отдельная тема!!! 2 вида рыбы, мясная и сырная нарезка, жульен, картофель, овощи, фрукты и много другого, вкуснейшая выпечка и отменный кофе - залог бодрости и хорошего настроения на целый день. А так же огромное спасибо за столь душевное поздравление мужа с днем рождения! Мы тронуты. В номере нас ждали шарики и открытка, а потом управляющая отелем Оксана преподнесла вкуснейший наполеон. Это так мило. Спасибо Вам! Вы правда лучшие! Непременно вернётся к Вам вновь и вновь.

We stayed for 3 nights in this very historic hotel. The service was pretty good and the staff had good English skills. Both seem to be very rare in Ukraine.
Everything was perfectly clean, after some adjustments the AC was working (also rare before June here) and the breakfast was fine.
The breakfast service could've been a little bit better, most things were not refilled without asking for it. We still don't know if it was possible to get coffee from the "good" machine as nobody was offering coffee to us. Still, that wa the best breakfast we had in Ukraine (4 hotels in 4 cities),
We will definitely come back on our next visit to Odessa.

We stayed here for 3 days in October 2021 and absolutely fell in love with it. My wife and I stayed in two bedroom suite with our friend and enjoyed every moment of it. Bedrooms are private and fully separated with a common living area and a balcony. It is perfectly design to have a rest, and a great living area in between to hangout and socialize.
The hotel is very nice, cozy and clean. It is uniquely designed having each room and floors representing different themes.
The staff was friendly, very helpful and absolutely amazing, shout out to the team, especially Alex at the receptionist area, Irina, Oksana the manager, and Alex who gave us a ride to the train station and airport.
Hotel is conveniently located for activities and restaurants right in the city center of Odessa in a walking distance to the historical Potemkin's stairs, Opera, Privoz, Deribasovskaya Str, gardens.
While staying there, we highly recommend to visit restaurant Kumanets with such a delicious Ukrainian cuisine ($) and Oblako ($$) with a beautiful 360 degree view of Odessa and sea port.
We highly recommend it - you will not regret!
