Отель не отвечает на мой запрос почему с меня сняли больше чем рейт который был подтверждён при резервации. Не привыкла к такому обслуживанию, советую отелю соответствовать своему 5ти звездоносному статусу и отвечать клиентам особенно если произошла ошибка с ихней стороны.

I like Hotel Duke very much. It is situated in the city-center of Odessa, but at a very silent place. The rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good, serice is excellent! Nothing to complain

The hotel is right behind the opera and the fountain, the highest rating for the bed and the room, the breakfast was very good plus you can order the tastiest pancakes and omelette…. nothing to complain about

Tolle Lage (mitten im Zentrum), überwachte Parkplätze vor Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Superior Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, Pool mit starker Gegenstromanlage und Wasserfall. Wir hatten mit Kleinkind (1,5 Jahre) einen tollen Aufenthalt (3 Nächte).

The hotel was clean with a nice location . The breakfast was good and the service was not bad at all . There wasn’t no mentioning of the VIP status no wine no room upgrade was even mentioned.
The hotel is a smoke free which is nice .
