Просторная Гранд вилла, имеет прекрасное расположение на 10 ст. Фонтана. 3 минуты до набережной и пляжа, 8 минут до супермаркета и транспортной развязки в любую точку города. Чистейший морской воздух, красивый зелёный участок вокруг и большой бассейн способствуют оздоровлению и приятному отдыху. Из окон можно наблюдать рассветы и закаты. Виды просто шикарные. Внутри виллы продуманная планировка, большие комнаты, высокие потолки, очень удобные кровати и хорошая звукоизоляция. Первоклассное обслуживание, высококвалифицированный персонал и круглосуточная охрана - сделают ваш отдых максимально комфортным. Портье Анатолий всегда рад помочь по любым вопросам. Управляющая Елена Костюк очень грамотная и приятная в общении девушка. Всегда старается максимально идти на встречу гостям и оперативно решает все вопросы. Ей отдельная Благодарность! Очень советую остановится в Гранд Вилле, или в отеле Вилла Ля Премьер, что находится на одной территории.

If you like a clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with beautiful pool area within a 5 minute walk to the beach, this is the place for you. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff service, a several restaurants within walking distance. Downtown area is an easy 20 minute Uber away. I will be back.

The hotel rooms were very clean and consistent with photos. The staff was very accommodating as I had several special requests. They even surprised me with a cake on my birthday!!! A proper hand made Napoleon cake too! People should be aware though that this hotel is close walking distance from the beach but doesn’t have ocean views. It is also far from the main part of Odessa. This place is great if you want to be slightly secluded from the busy parts of the city!

The receptionist made a mistake and charged us twice. We booked 2 rooms and got them in separate places. The rooms were different from what we booked. All this after a night flight did not sleep, because of the mistake of the receptionist we had to wait for the principal from 4am to 10am without sleep and it was ruined for us all day because of it.

Бронировали номер версаче в будние дни. В отеле тишина , лаунж музыка возле бассейна. Все супер чисто и в номере и возле бассейна . Лежаков достаточное количество , дают полотенца для пользования возле бассейна. Персонал очень отзывчивый и вежливый. Номер просторный . Матрац и подушки очень удобные. Брали номер из за отзыва про прекрасный вид на восход солнца . По итогу - море видно, но не так чтоб бескрайняя гладь )) впереди стоящие постройки частично его закрывают . Балкон небольшой - для завтрак подойдёт вряд ли , больше для кофе или бокала вина. Звукоизоляция в номере отличная - не слышно ни улицы, ни соседей. Полотенца и постельное - белоснежные и хрустящие . Ванная комната просторная , очень хороший напор воды. Убирают очень хорошо. Завтраки включены в стоимость. Пока загрузка была небольшой (в будние ) завтрак готовили по предзаказу- надо было выбрать из перечня- яичница, омлет и тд. Тут я думаю , надо доработать немного и включить какие то фрукты … потому что получается изобилие хлебобулочных изделий - тосты, круассаны и тд. В принципе завтрак - очень сытный . Не знаю сколько там яиц в омлете, но очень вкусно и очень сытно ! В пятницу уже был шведский стол на завтрак - хорошее разнообразие и свежесть блюд нельзя не отметить . Очень довольны посещением
