Разочарованы отношением персонала! В ресторане не. предупреждают о стоимости "услуги" забрать с собой остаток заказа ( например, пицы). Спаковали 2 куска пицы в одноразовую пластиковую упаковку уложили в пакет ( за 1.50 грн в супермаркете) и взяли за это 25 грн. При заказе свыше 600 грн. - могли бы завернуть и бесплатно!

Nice property but very limited on towels. Hotel provide no robe to wear. Get no discount for spa service so do not be fool by the name.

Its very noisy because the do construction in the hotel and i couldn't sleep well, i complained to the manager but still not stop the drilling without given notice or any apologize.

Номер старый, в номере воняет - им пора кондиционеры почистить; SPA не входит, хотя номера не дешевые, за парковку плати, тут мой косяк, не дочитала; сток в душе забит, халат должен был быть, но увы не нашлось! Лифт работает один, попробуй дождаться! Одно разочарование!!! Никогда больше не вернусь и никому не посоветую! От администратора просто: Извините!

Unpleasant experience. Booked a hotel on agoda.com Upon check-in, the girl at the reception said that they did not cooperate with this service. But the money was charged from the credit card. Then the girl advised us to pay the hotel and deal with the agoda on our own. After lengthy negotiations, it turned out that the booking had passed and the girl had made a mistake. There was no apology. We accepted the situation, but when we checked into room 306, another surprise awaited us: the bathroom had an insane stench from the sewage system and bleach. To indignation, the reception sent a plumber and a cleaning lady, who advised to change the room, because the smell in this room on an ongoing basis and the girl who settled us in the course! In short, the staff is not at all polite and not trained. I do not recommend this hotel for visiting.
