Finally Radisson arrived in Odesa. Have been waiting it for quite some time. The hotel was Hotel Milano before and now is Radisson City Centre. Do not know if they made renovation, but the hotel looks brand new. Convenient location, right in the middle of the main street. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. We had a room facing the main street, and despite the fact that the street is crowded and noisy at night, the rooms are quiet. So sleep quality is great. The hotel has a small courtyard, also quiet, which is a nice place to have in a busy city centre. Breakfast is very good. Selection is not huge, but sufficient and tasty. The staff is nice and helpful. The only drawback is that most visitors walk without masks (the staff mostly wears the masks). But it is the problem of the city overall, nobody wears masks in Odesa at all, like the virus is nonexistent there. And I am not talking about restaurants, which is fine when you sit and eat. But when people walk around the building and in the elevators, it would be better to stick to wearing masks. I understand it is an issue of the city in general, but in any case, we would feel more safe if the hotel could do something with it. Overall - great option and we will definitely be back.
