Mozart Hotel Odessa

It was a very clean and beautiful hotel.All staff are very careful in their work.

Four times the same Hotel and it will be fifth, so I advise to consider Mozart as one of the best choice in Odessa mama,. the famous opera theater across the street and Deribasovskaya very merry, many artist and singers

Lived there for a couple of days while visiting Odessa, good rooms and service, a lot of restaurants and sights nearby, if you visit Odessa, I recommend you to stay in this hotel, thanks for reading this review!!

Beautiful property. Proximity to the theatre is exceptional. The restaurant created an amazing breakfast for us each day. We thought the room was just adorable with an exceptional terrace. Great sunrise views and many picture opportunities. Very kind and helpful staff

I've been to Odessa many times, and I usually stay here. It's the ideal blend of comfort, service, location, and price!

The hotel has the best location in the city, in the center of all tourist attractions, and the price is great. The best experiece was the staff, cuisine, and service at the restaurant. The menu and quality of food are of a European caliber, and the service was fantastic. The room was ok but outdated and i requested a change, but the staff was not very accommodating. I had to go to our other room on another floor just to take a shower. The staff at the lobby is not very friendly and the security guards do not make you feel comfortable. Parking is not great, in fact, when requested to park our friend's car, the request was denied when the space was available, yet on another day, watched the same space to be used for someone else's vehicle, which we were told was not a parking space the day before. The checkout process was not the best and i was never asked how my stay was or was thanked for staying at the hotel, wished safe travels, etc. I was only asked for my room key and that was my checkout process. This was my 1st experience at Mozart but my family stayed here for 2 weeks 2 years ago and suggested to try it out (i stay at another hotel near by that has a very friendly atmosphere) I am giving it a neutral rating because i felt that i was in 2 worlds, high quality and caliber of service at a restaurant and back in the USSR with an unfriendly and unwelcoming faces elsewhere. Will i stay here again? A big Maybe. I would definitely come to Mozart for the restaurant.
