Everything was dirty. Specimen in & on our toilet, hair everywhere from the restroom floor, tub & sink to the bedding area. Trash laying around the room, food on the carpet, dust on everything you touched!! Went downstairs for breakfast @8 & there was nothing but dry cereal & gave it a wait but nothing got restocked. Never again!!

This manager lady in the mornings took it upon herself to change the room I Ordered and change it back to the room I was in becaise she didnt want to chamge anything in the computer so i was charged a deluxe suiet when i only got a normal room yet she charged me for the delux suiet she was unhelpful and rude wouldnt give me number to corporate ar of the owner

La calefaccion no funciono como deberia, comentaron que era lo que podia calentar por el frio de la noche, cambiamos a una habitacion mas pequeña que la calefaccion funciono muy bien pero no hubo ningun reenbolso por el cambio ni el inconveniente
