Ear wax on the wall next to the couch. Grease stains on the walls and counter tops. When having issues connecting to the internet, front desk does not know what to do. There is no number for IT or anything. Regardless of not knowing how to troubleshoot anything or even knowing who to contact, the personnel was friendly. Bed was comfy. Water got hot. That’s about all the nice things.

I had a recent stay here and Brang some valuable items with me including my wedding ring two necklaces 2 bracelets and a pair of earrings this hotel has no safe so I put the items in a drawer unfortunately i had a situation where i had to rush out and leave early and I left behind all my expensive jewelry the next day when i noticed i called the hotel and they said nothing was found or returned. This experience was the worst I ever felt my wedding ring that means the most to me was tooken from me and never returned along other expensive items so please beware of the worker's and house keeping that work at this hotel

Place was falling apart, pillows were really small and bed wasn’t comfortable at all. When ask front desk for more pillows. They said no.

The hotel was nice, clean, had every thing you need except they hid 3 tiny pillows on a king size bed, when we called to ask for better pillows they said they didn’t have any…..(really?). My husband asked to speak with a manager which they would not let him do. . . Eventually they brought up 2 more of the tiny pillows we already had….

The staff was friendly when we came in and let us know since our room wasn’t ready yet that we’d be in a bigger room, no complaints there!
The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and I felt safe there overall. There were cartoons on TV for my daughter, WiFi, the bed was comfortable, and there was a full sized fridge in the mini kitchen. I never bother with breakfast but they said there was one!
10/10 would stay there again when we visit next, Thank you
