The Front Desk Supervisor (Ms. Josie) is absolutely outstanding. I spend 95% of my year traveling and I have to tell you the reason I continue to stay at this particular La Quinta Sienna North Tower is for one reason: Josie. Josie makes every guest feel as if they are the most important person at this hotel. She’s genuine, kind, always smiling and always represents the brand well. I highly suggest the corporate office take notice of this young lady and model the rest of your employees throughout the US after her best practices. Fan for life ….!!! If you need to stay somewhere clean and comfortable stay at this hotel in Odessa. Breakfast was good and service was on point. In the front desk was clean and lobby smelled really good. The pillows were clean and comfortable the bed felt good too.
