We really enjoyed this old fashioned hotel. The staff from reception to house keeping are polite and very friendly and efficient to make sure the stay was good. The pool and spa are excellent. Two small niggles with our suite. 1) When children are expected is it sensible to put condoms in the draw? 2) an open display of various chocolates in a “kids mini bar” is not to helpful to parents. Lastly and the reason why we do not give five stars. Every morning in the breakfast room the male staff were walking around and actively preparing food with their Covid masks either below their noses or less. This even by the welcoming breakfast manager. We complained on the first day but nothing changed. When all the house keeping and other staff scrupulously water the masks correctly at all times this open display of customer disregard was a blemish for us and also others we spoke to. We will certainly stay here again and hope that a restaurant manager is appointed that enforces the hotel rules.

I would like to take a few minutes to say Thank You to the staff of the California Hotel in Odessa, Ukraine!! I was met at the door with a warm greeting and then at the desk the receptionist was so sweet. She was patient with my questions and very kind in her answers. Check in was very fast!! and my room was perfect! Clean, neat and in very new condition. House keeping does a very thorough job cleaning. The staff is very good with advice about the city, and can give advice and instruction as to where to go and see the Best attractions. Victoria was so very nice to me, personally asking if everything was alright with my room and check-in. Her Smiling face will forever be etched into my mind. I highly recommend this Hotel, Book it and you won't be disappointed. Jeff Stacy

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Duke Hotel and we absolutely loved it! Their customer service was above and beyond any other place we visited in Ukraine. This was our favorite part of our stay and the reason why we would recommend this hotel to any person who visits Odessa and wants to be right in the center of the city center. The hotel structure and decor in itself is very well maintained as well. You would never think you are staying in 100 year old hotel due to the fact their upkeep is impeccable. Their breakfast buffet was delicious, every morning changing up the buffet side dishes as well as offering other additional options from a menu, all included in the price for the hotel. We used the sauna and pool one time and it was also a very pleasant experience. It was a great experience.

Stayed with my little one for two days in standard room.I have nothing but good things to say starting from service,ending the location of the hotel.The resort has everything you need and even more for great time spending.Wonderful spa with several pools, baths and different types of saunas is included to room price as well as amazing buffet- style breakfast.The selection of food is unbelievable.They even serve champagne and mussels for breakfast :D There is a cinema room where they show cartoons and movies every night, the kid's zone with baby sitters is excellent for parents who want to have some time for themselves.While by the pool you can see the dolphins being trained through the glass wall.For extra price you can have swimming session with dolphins,photos,etc.I'm totally in love with this place and will definitely come back! BTW the place is functioning on high powered generators,so no worries about electric outages- there they have electricity and wifi 24/7 👌

In principle, I spent a good weekend after the trip. But 250 euros in 2 days in October - that mach for this level. - The rooms are cute, clean, light. The view of ”on the garden” - traditionally on the construction. From the design it is not worth waiting much, noticeably below the level of the same Hilton. Although definitely cozy. - Delicious breakfasts. It is definitely not worth taking with you when you leave lunch-box, it is just bosian. The restaurant's kitchen during the day on the amateur of the author's feed and vision of the recipe with a sub-cover. For guys it is easier, like me, more in the like of the neighboring sea restaurant Terrace. - Beautiful lobby with sea view. Direct respect. - The sea itself in October was not interested, but it is definitely not for beach recreation option. Drop from a stone parapet on the stairs into dirty water. In the heat there you can touch intellectually. And the pool is tiny. - Staff - polite pleasant youth, work, are trying, nice to look. - The location is beautiful for walking around the city. Without a taxi you can walk easily to all the central attractions of mines for 15. Output - for less money I would stay happy. The current price for order is overstated.

We have been coming here on family vacation 4 summers since 2017. The hotel is extremely well executed regarding amenities, design, services and cleanliness. A true luxury hotel. The pool area is awesome. Very calm and relaxing, even when the hotel is full. Staff and service is very friendly, and the restaurant is open 24/7. We definitely recommend booking one of the superior rooms or above, with balcony over the pool area and a stunning view towards the Black Sea. The beach is about 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel, but the beach is imo not very nice (overcrowded and not very clean water), so we usually stay at the pool. The weather in July is usually blue sky and 31-32 degrees Celsius. The hotel owns a nice tennis arena 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel, with 6 clay courts. You can book a court and even a coach (Andrej was an awesome coach for our 8-year-old daughter) from the hotel reception. The breakfast is very good, with a nice buffet as well as a hot menu which you can order from free of charge. All in all, it is hard to find anything negative about Panorama De Luxe. If anything, the drinks and food could be improved slightly. Don`t get me wrong, it`s not bad at all, but it has room for improvements. For example, medium cooked steak is usually served well done minus. We have no problem recommending staying at Panorama De Luxe, which we have done for the past 4 summers. Both the kids and adults will have a great time in a true luxury environment!

The service staff was very good, but some details were not enough. The toilet in my bathroom was not good. I had a little water. The bath towel didn't change for three days. I washed my face and wipes one day and forgot to give it to me. On the day I checked out, I didn’t want to stay for two more hours. Say something good, breakfast is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, the number is not so much, but very good; the service staff is great, the price in Ukraine is very low, so coffee and other snacks are very cheap. The location is downtown, very convenient, the nearby restaurants are delicious and the price is much cheaper than domestic. But be careful of the people who took pictures of you nearby, first give you a low price, then take a lot of pictures, but at that price, you disagree, and a few big men came in a blink of an eye.

Stop with her husband for a day. Not the season, also quarantine - number 702 half-luxe with jacuzzi we got at a very pleasant price less than UAH 1,300. - clean, light, non-involving interior, comfortable two-bedroom bed, not as often found - 2 singles, combined. I was pleased with climate control - you can regulate yourself how much you want to be warm in the room - it is important to me, I love when heat. Good noise isolation, the view from the window is beautiful. Near the hotel is a beautiful park with a small lake and a shopping center. The room was a twig and a smooth board - very convenient. On the zero floor there was a good clean gym. Worked only Hamam - the sauna was closed. From the downsides - in the indoor pool water is ice - so I didn't use it and the pressure of hydromassage in the jacuzzi is weak, but it is not critical. Very liked the Bulgarian kitchen, especially the pigeons in the grape leaves, the restaurant service is good. Breakfast was not included - we ordered ourselves in the morning what we wanted. They were satisfied - took chiscake, coffee, cappuccino and omlet - it came out 180grn. And for the romantic weekends and for business command - it is just a fabulous place - we and my husband liked it very much!

Our recent stay at Maristella was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nicely appointed and the facilities were clean and modern. The view was spectacular! A few things not making the grade were: the lift was not functioning - very disappointing as my wife and I have serious knee problems. The A/C was not functioning correctly - it worked but did not cool the room. I think the refrigerator was installed incorrectly - maybe the door was not working properly. Some of this may have been due to the ongoing renovations. For American guests maybe a warning....we had a difficult time with our bank cards. We brought 5 different ones but none worked so we had to go into town to get a lot of cash to pay our bill. The staff was very generous and nice and patient with us though! We would definitely come back if the lift is in proper working condition.
