Amazing staff. Very professional. One of the best resorts we've ever been to.

S/O to the gentleman at the resturants: Ze, Udayvir, Samy, Eduardo, Mario, Joao, Paulo. Very personable and made my stay comfortable. Came for a festival and will return next year because of them. Thank you again for making me feel like I was home.

Excellent service and a beautiful resort! Sammi took good care of us, remembering our drinks and bringing lots of snacks. The food was great, with lots of choices. We would highly recommend!

Lacked all the finesse of a 5 star hotel. Check in took 30 mins at midnight with no other guests around. Also we realised we had been charged way more than the available rack rate at that time. Room was almost 900m walk from the reception. Rooms were horribly dirty, and even the housekeeping was inadequate. Will never ever book an Iberostar Hotel again. Biggest mistake.

There are holes in bedding, stained carpet, and windows with broken seals. It iw not a 5 star property. The hotel staff would not replace mini bar snacks until the following morning at 10am. It was a very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

What a fabulous holiday my friend and I had in this amazing hotel. I can't praise the staff enough and feel I must thank them for their attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism throughout the hotel. Our rooms were immaculate and kept spotlessly clean as indeed was the whole hotel. We spent a fair amount of time around the adult outdoor pool and the friendly bar staff regularly checked to see if we needed drinks or snacks. I think we also need to give a special mention to Oscar who worked tirelessly to set up the loungers and sunshades for everyone to make sure everyone was comfortable even when the wind was strong and the umbrellas needed adjusting. He never stopped! The restaurant staff were pleasant, smiling, welcoming and so very efficient and the buffet meals were perfect with great variety. Thank you again Iberostar hotel for providing a holiday we will never forget and hopefully come back to.

This hotel was so beautiful! Everything from the lobby, to the pool and views of the beach was wonderful. The facilities are very clean and the staff at the hotel were very helpful. The Pool was very nice they had water aerobics during the day which was fun. We also loved that they had live music on Saturday night and all the guests were dancing! Breakfast buffet was great. Walking distance to the beach which was convenient and about 10 min drive to downtown. One piece of feedback is the Iberostar app was not working during our stay and we were unable to make spa reservations. They don’t have someone at the spa desk the whole day which made it challenging to make a spa reservation and the concierge could not help with this. By the time I got someone at the spa desk there were no more spa reservations left. Otherwise was a fantastic experience!

On arrival one is definitely impressed with the welcome from staff , reception and the view of the pool. We had a wonderful 1 week holiday , as we were well capable of making our own fun. I could not over praise the staff in this hotel, a special shout out to Mateus in reception and Marius in the snack bar, both went overboard to fix any issues we had. The beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel, where there is a fabulous board walk into Lagos. Outside the hotel is a stop for a hop on hop off train, which is a big plus for people who are not into walking. However, this message is for Iberostar itself. The hotel is not a 5 star, you are expecting your exceptional staff to override the shortfalls, which are many. The fact that there is no bar around the sides of your pool even in the children's section means one cannot get into the pool if one cannot swim. The entertainment has one or two ok nights but that is it. The food, while every effort is made by the chiefs the chafing dish's that holds the food are not working properly. As a result every night the so called hot dishes were cold. On the occasions we came in the side gate at night there was no lighting, the garden was pitch black, what about security. When we brought the above issues to management , without going on the attack , they told us we were not the only guests to complain. So I would suggest Iberostar, give your staff a rise, fix the problems or bring your hotel down to a 4 star. It definitely has the potential to be great.

Great hotel, meets 5 star! The whole hotel including pool area and room kept nice and clean, we stayed bed and breakfast. Very impressed with buffet breakfast, lots of lovely eating places in Lagos only a mile and a half away, €5 Uber fare. Staff were very accommodating and great speaking English. Impressed with the free drink once a day by the pool and the water machines located around the hotel. Lovely comfy sun loungers by the pool. Great facilities, lots of activities during the day and in the evening. Nice and close to the beach. Only down side with this hotel, no bicycle hire available. Additional payment for use of the spa, gym is quite small and very warm, the cleaning staff come around quite early (9am). The tv is quite small in the bedrooms. And the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing at the start but we got to know our way about. Apart from this the hotel is definitely worth the money and would stay here again if going back to Lagos.
