Good pace to stay in

Good for solo travellers

A very new hotel with very good service and comprehensive facilities. I stayed here for half a month!

Good price for the location

Tendo reservado e pago no trip, no hotel insistiram que a estadia não estava paga, o que obviamente não era verdade. Não gostei do atendimento da recepcionista.

Quarto limpo e confortável.

I had a confirmed booking and about 10pm the booking was cancelled. I only got an email, tried to call and nobody answered. I wasn't given a reason for the cancellation and had to look for a hotel at midnight. Also, the booking was made via the hotel's website and not some third party website.

Room is good, breakfast is okay, nice area and service was really good thanks to Frederico and Marco for always being there and very helpful. The area is next to a really great park and if you work through you'll will find the Oeiras shopping mall. Lots of shops and eating opportunities

Clean and very new room, but if your idea is like ours and is to look for a pet-friendly hotel, I didn't like anything that says "they can charge extras" send a message to the hotel saying that you have two toy poodles, which I had no response, and after going up to the room and checking in, they told me that they need to talk to me, that they charge me €20 per night with these two dogs, I understand that they charge an additional fee for them, but that they are clear in *********** and put the real price, since it is not the same to have two toy poodles weighing 3kg each, which do not shed because of their breed, than a chowchow like the one I saw in the reception, or a German shepherd who if they have to have extra cleaning because of the hair issue, I would not return for this issue, since in the end the price came out to me as a hotel in the heart of Lisbon with the same characteristics.
