One of the best hotel experiences we had, catering for adults and children alike, in a very balanced manner. We stayed in a 2-bedroom chalet next to the natural pool which was spacious, tastefully furnished, well equipped and spotless clean. A large furnished terrace added to the comfort. The restaurant offers a half board option with a creative cuisine (we particularly appreciated the approach to the youth menu, where veggies were included by default as a stimulus for healthy eating habits). To continue, there’s a variety of outdoor and indoor activities for all ages and preferences. A well thought and again spotless clean indoor playroom open 24/7, an outdoor playground and the bike rental are only a few. There’s a lot more to be said about the facilities (the indoor and outdoor heated infinity pool with a view of the mountains is perfect, including the adults-only evenings). What superseded our expectations was the staff’s willingness to go the extra mile, professionally following through with our requests. The birthday cake and small gift prepared for one of our kids are just one example.

Ab der ersten Minute kann man sich fallen lassen, sich wohlfühlen, und die Erholung beginnt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die schönen Zimmer und Apartments, die Wellnessausstattung, das super Frühstücksbuffet und jeden Abend das leckere Essen. Alles wirklich top und wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne wieder.

Super erholsam. Für jede Art Entspannung ist gesorgt. Essen vorzüglich. Freundliche Menschen im Service. Gemütliche Zimmer und beruhigendes Ambiente. Gute Ausstattung. Vielleicht etwas mehr Frühstückszeit würden wir genießen wollen, bis 10.30 Uhr.

Großartiges Resort, tolles Team und super leckeres Essen. Hier ist wirklich an alles und alle gedacht. Großes und sehr sauberes Schwimmbad, schöner Saunabereich, viele Spieloptionen für die kids und dank der guten Lage hat man Wanderwege und Skipisten in großer Auswahl und kurzer Entfernung verfügbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super tolles Ambiente, spitzen Service und einzigartige Ausstattung. Das was wir schon immer gesucht haben. Ausgezeichnete Kombination von Hotel und Ferienwohnung, man kann alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels genießen, während man sich trotzdem in seiner Ferienwohnung zurückziehen kann, und erst dieser tolle Infinity Pool!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit die wirklich alle Mitarbeiter an den Tag legen und das Gefühl vermitteln willkommen zu sein. Ansonsten sind die sämtlichen Räumlichkeiten, Zimmer, Schwimmbad, etc. sehr schön. Das Essen ist so, dass man sich jeden Abend darauf freut.

Einfach alles top. Das Essen in der Halbpension war der Knaller. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde hervorragend drauf eingegangen. Das neue Badehaus mit infinity-Pool ist unbeschreiblich….win super Blick in die Berge aus dem Pool heraus. Der Service war stets freundlich und immer sehr aufmerksam
