Wrexham Town Centre

The food taste feel not good for me.

Lovely clean rooms comfy beds staff are really helpful perfect location in the heart of town yet very peaceful good menu and the deal of evening meal and breakfast is fantastic I will be staying here again highly recommended near all the amenities in the busy bustling town

The hotel is ok but I find the charge for parking is expensive an no discount for disabled rooms are clean also we find if Wrexham football club are playing the price for rooms go up quite a lot !! an as we are visiting family we feel this is unfair as we are not going to football an we always stayed here before an now we check to see if Wrexham are playing so discount for regular visitors would be great

The room was lovely and welcoming, nice and cool as we asked for air con, the staff was lovely especially Lynne G Another lady called Lynne and a lady called Michelle they was so friendly! Beds was very comfy a room very comfy only down fall was phone signal in the room it was terrible! I would highly recommend this hotel across the road from the Wrexham train station and 5 minute walk from Wrexham centre

Had contacted them about early check in the day before. I was asked what time I would arrive from my 3 hour journey I said approximately 9am. I was told that wasn’t a problem. They would have the room ready. I arrived and had to wait 2 hours I weren’t impressed. I was told to have a walk about the town I am not able to do this due to mobility issues. Finally got to the room and it was so scruffy the vent slat was broken the room was freezing cold. Looked like a room from the 70’s. Totally Appalling breakfast was too. Had my plate full of water from the food sausages weren’t cooked by the looks I ended up with marmite on toast. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Won’t be staying again.

Everything was good except breakfast and some noisy kids in the room above jumping up and down at 7am.

The hotel is what you would want and expect from a Premier Inn. Situated practically at the train station and with easy road access it is extremely convenient. Parking could be a problem if busy but not on this occasion. Staff met were welcoming and thoughtful.

Awful check in a large queue and the self check in not working staff seemed overwhelmed some people came back with wrong room requirements despite being in front I waited nearly an hour the lady on reception could only say its my first day back, we are very busy etc. Room was good but again no bar, no offer to book dinner or breakfast the dining area always seems to be roped off I was going to try breakfast but found people complaining again in the reception area so I just left. I have stayed here many times mainly for the very favourable room rates but the service is so bad I wont be booking again. Parking charge is also a put off.

Unfortunately the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were far too hot with no working air con and windows could not be opened. The air vent was noisy all night, bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Room was dusty with cobwebs on walls and dust on skirting boards. Bathroom door lock didn't work. Extra charge for parking. However, The breakfast was great, fresh and lots of choice and regularly being topped up. Would not stay in the hotel again or recommend.
