The location of the hotel is convenient for driving and navigation; the parking lot is large and free; the room is larger than the holiday inn (express), and there are two luggage storage racks. The bathroom is also good, but the washbasins for foreigners have high countertops and small washbasins, and the water for washing face and brushing teeth is slow. It's everywhere; the hotel bed springs are swaying, but it's not uncomfortable to sleep on! There were no mushrooms or vegetables for breakfast 🥬. We asked the restaurant staff for hot chocolate and they also called it for us! The foreigner white guy who checked in at the front desk was more enthusiastic, but the foreigner white woman who checked out in the morning was a little colder and polite.

The room was excellent - very spacious and extremly clean. We had a very pleasant evening in the bar with a good meal in the restaurant. The staff could not be more helpful

The Room wasn’t the cleanest! dusty headboard and dirty light fittings next to the bed.
No plug sockets next to the beds.
Bath/ shower wasn’t the cleanest either.
There was a wedding/function on with loud, shouting rowdy guests and a lot of antisocial behaviour inside and outside the hotel in the car park happening throughout the night.
kids running round all floors of the hotel and seemed the hotel staff turned a blind eye to everything that was going on.
Food was nice and reasonably priced.
Overall the hotel was okay, wouldn’t have said it was a four star hotel but three at best.

Generally happy but no response when phoning through to reception and room service.
Went to the bar to order room service and was then told I'd have to pay £4 on my order as I hadn't spent £20. It doesn't mention this anywhere.
