The building is a little old, but the room is clean and the size is single, but it's just right. I could hear the water from the shower next door and people talking in the hallway, but it didn't bother me after that. The firmness of the bed was just right and I had a good night's sleep. If you don't have enough pillows, there are spares in the closet. I think the size of the refrigerator is also bigger than others. There is a drug store and a Chinese restaurant near the hotel, and there is a beef bowl restaurant a little further away. I am more than happy with the free parking. The bad point is only one hand towel. I'm happy to have two. The dryer is weak and a little scorching, so I think you should change it. Not sure if it's just this room. I could stretch my legs in the bathtub, but when the water dripped from the bathtub, it was accumulated because of the drainage. There are many TV stations, but it was difficult to understand how to change the BS, so I only watched terrestrial broadcasting. The futon is thin and the room temperature can be adjusted at the front desk. I had a hard time with just the blanket I had brought, so I called and had the temperature raised. The check-out time was 10:00, so I was able to relax after driving a long distance. In addition, we want to stay if there is opportunity.

格式のあるホテルだが、設備が古いのと人材難が目立つ 結婚式場もあるホテルで格式あるホテルのよう。ただ、施設の古さは否めず、エアコンは風量調整のみ。（温度設定が出来ないタイプ） 翌日が最低気温一桁になった日の宿泊。翌日揖斐川マラソンだったようで、大垣駅近くのホテルが満室のため利用。 11/11（土）から1泊。ツインルームのシングルユース。1泊10000円ちょっと。部屋の広さは十分。 部屋が寒いので暖かくしてほしい旨伝えると、温度を上げるとのこと。 全く温度が上がった体感がないので、再度温度を上げてくれと伝えると、温度を上げるとのこと。 やはり、全く温度が上がった体感がないので、風の吹き出し口を確認すると、全く風が出ていないので、フロントに確認すると、送風運転しかしていないので、風が入ると寒くなるので風を切ったとのこと。 まさかのエアコンが暖房に切り替わっていなかったことが分かった。 今まで、あたかもエアコンが暖房運転していたかのような説明をしていたのが、一転暖房に切り替わっていないことを白状して、暖房機器と毛布を部屋に持ってきた。 今までのやり取りは全く無駄であった。騙されたとしか思えない。不備を隠ぺいしていたとしか思えない。 最初から暖房になっていないことを伝えて、暖房機器を持ってきたらよいと思う。 翌日が最低気温が一桁になる日に、全館空調を暖房に切り替えていないのが、まず、話にならないが、更に客にあたかも暖房運転をしているかのような説明をしたことは、全く言語道断である。エアコンの暖房への切り替えを判断するマネージャー的な人材がいないのだろうか？また、フロントスタッフは、エアコンの調節をしても暖房が入らないことを最初に私に伝えなかったのか？不信感だらけの宿泊になった。格式の高いホテルのようだが、これ起きた事象である。 清掃は行き届いて、清潔感はOK。無料のペットボトル水が部屋に有った。

素泊まりでしたが、駐車場もあり、 部屋もきれいで、とても快適でした。 是非また利用させて頂きたいと思います。
