I went glamping in the prefecture to make it easy. Conclusion: If you stay thinking of it as a hotel, it's a little unsatisfactory. Reason: The water area in the public bath has not been renovated, and the wallpaper and tiles are peeling in many places, and the area where the hot water flows is dirty. The common wash basin is also simple. The pool also doesn't seem to be well maintained. The image is different from the homepage. It's different if you look at the hotel level. The lobby was taken care of by a local person, and although it may have been fashionable at first, it feels like an ordinary person. I want a professional update. The main floating accommodation facility was either broken or not in operation. Staying in a glamping cabin I thought it would be small, but I got used to it after spending time there. There is little light on the deck at night, and you won't be able to see the food or baked goods in the dark. There are things to play with, but some of them are broken or unusable due to neglect, so I would like to see an update. I didn't have any expectations for the food, so I brought my own, so I don't know. I would like to request maintenance and maintenance of small details that will make me want to come again.

I stayed in a "glamping tent". If you're expecting a luxurious "glamping" experience, you may be disappointed. It's a renovated Fureai Health Center, so you'll be satisfied if you feel like you can stay overnight in a tent or cabin next to a day-trip hot spring. In addition to the baths, there are hammocks and a manga corner, so I think it's a good place to relax and take it easy. Many of the guests were families, but the cutlery for dinner was plastic and could easily break or melt in a fire, so you might need to be careful with children. There is only one double bed and one futon, so it may be a bit awkward if you are not using it as a family but with friends. You can rent an extra bed, but it's a mat on the floor and there are no sheets, so it's not very comfortable. (When I used it, there was no futon either.)

So far, I have stayed one night in a glamping cabin and one night in a log cabin. Stayed in a glamping cabin in October 2020. The room was stylish, but the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom was painful.Although we cooked the ingredients in a semi-outdoor space outside the room, it was dark, cold, and lacked facilities. Since I live in the prefecture, I went home once and brought a lantern and heater with me. Although I paid a high price and had high hopes for the experience of "glamping" rather than camping, I was disappointed. We stayed at the log cabin in May 2021. Looking at the website, it seemed like there were almost no facilities or amenities, so I prepared myself and prepared various ingredients and utensils, and it turned out to be the right choice. There is really nothing that is not listed on the HP. All we had was a barbecue stove, fire scissors, and a futon set, but the barbecue stove was quite old and the mesh inside was in tatters. We had to bring or purchase charcoal separately, but when we bought it locally, it was quite humid and we had trouble starting a fire at all, so we recommend bringing your own. There is an additional charge for using the air conditioner, but it was still cold even in May, so it was a good idea to use it. Also, there is a toilet on the grounds of the log house, but there is not one in the log cabin, so you have to go to the plot of the adjacent log house, which can be a little scary at night. The main building with the hot bath facilities feels like a sanatorium, and the toilets and bathhouses are not well-maintained and not very clean. The bath water smells of chlorine. Please be aware that the museum closes at 10pm and the last entry for the baths is at 9:30pm (you'll have to read the website from cover to cover for information on that, so it's a bit unfriendly). Check-out time for each accommodation is 10am, but the main building also opens at 10am, which is inconvenient. Check-in is at 16:00, so the price seems high considering the short stay. In particular, log cabins cost just under 20,000 yen per night, but there are no facilities, so I feel like if you go outside the prefecture, you'll find a more beautiful and well-equipped campsite.
