The hotel rooms are spacious and bright. They are by the lake and have free parking. The breakfast is good. It's a little far from the city center. If you're driving by yourself, it's good to stay here. The waiters are all good

Great hotel with a nice aqua park. The area is nice for once, especially because it is affordable. Cheap food with fantastic Macedonian cuisine! A nice hotel with a fantastic aqua park. Upon arrival our shower was broken, after reporting this the problem was immediately resolved. The rooms are cleaned daily and you get clean towels, soap, shampoo etc. The employees are all super nice and helpful. A rental car is recommended as the hotel is very remote. You can also take a taxi to Struga (€5) or Ohrid (€16). The food in the hotel is mediocre, it was quite difficult for us to find something we really liked. It was often super busy, so you had to stand in a long line to find something to eat. We had booked an extra dinner which we later regretted. Not much variety, lots of burgers/kebabs and minced meat. I would advise you to choose the a la carte restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The cocktails in the aqua park are fantastic. It was super busy during our stay and if you arrive a little later there is not always a sun bed available. People also come from outside the park, so it can be very full. There is a nice atmosphere, they play nice music and the taking of water tires is handled well. Lifeguards are occasionally present. Too bad the cocktail bar often closes at 5:40 PM. There is room for improvement in and around the hotel. Carpet in the rooms is dirty, tiles are missing in the swimming pool and the water pressure regularly drops or the shower alternates between scalding hot and then ice cold again. There is also nothing to do in the evening, a children's club, animation show or live music would liven things up. After 9:00 PM the indoor pool closes and there is nothing left. You do hear the loud music from weddings every evening, if the balcony door is closed the noise is not too bad, but if you are a light sleeper I advise you to ask for a quiet room. The store is often closed and you can't buy much there, at least no food or drinks. Just a few snacks, ice cream, sunscreen and toys. We were there for 12 days and I think that is quite long for this hotel. In short, a nice hotel with a lot of potential and room for improvements.

It says 5-star hotel, but I stayed in 3-star ones that were much nicer. Rooms are fine for 3-star level. Some mold in the bathroom, but your bed is made and new towels every day. Shower has a moderate jet and the light sometimes suddenly does not work. The buffet is sufficient (breakfast and evening). What is particularly good is the swimming pool. Easy to do on weekdays, but very busy on weekends. What is a reason for us not to come back are the events they organize. We stayed there for 7 nights and every evening there was a wedding with extremely loud music until 1:00 am. We live in the heart of Amsterdam ourselves, so we are used to something and we also work in the events sector. But this was just a lot of pounding until late, as if a festival was being organized for your bedroom. And if my ears already find it loud, while I work weekly in clubs/events, then an average person will find it hell. So if you are a light sleeper, don't do it yourself and choose another hotel and then come by for the pool.
