Hotels Near Funai Ecoota in Oita

I used it in mid-December. Since it is adjacent to JR Oita Station, you can go from the station in 2 ～ 3 minutes without getting wet in the rain. The front desk is 8F in the building where the hotel is located. This time, I used the non-smoking double bed room of 17F. The face towel in the bathroom of the room was made in Imabari. Check-in is possible from 14:00, and guests can also use the 19F ”Tenku no Yu” from 14:00. Go to 19F in your room clothes, receive a towel set at the reception, and go to the men's bath changing place. 19F has an indoor bath and two types of saunas (Finland sauna and mist sauna), and there were more than 10 washrooms. 19F Indoor bath is a natural hot spring that is pumped from 700m underground. After soaking in the inner bath of 19F, go up the stairs to 20F (rooftop). There are two types of bathtubs here. It is a little hot water and a little lukewarm carbonated spring. Also, the view of soaking in the bathtub is the best! It's nice in the daytime, but the view illuminated by neon at night is also nice. Guests can use it from 6am the next morning. This morning bath was the most comfortable. Breakfast was served at the 8F restaurant from 7 am. I arrived around 6:55 with a breakfast ticket, but 7 ～ 8 people were already lined up. Instead of choosing your favorite seat, the person in charge will guide you. At that seat, the person in charge asks whether the main dish is Japanese or Western. On this day (12/16), Japanese food was grilled ＋ small bowl, Western food was hamburger ＋ small bowl. Except for the main dish, it is a buffet style, and it is a style that you take this and that yourself. It was a pity that I couldn't have breakfast slowly because the bus to the airport was early. The building looks old but the interior was clean and comfortable. There is also a large communal bath. Breakfast and local gourmet food were all delicious. I felt that the wall was a little thin.

It was the first time I stayed at the facility for about １０ for the first time in several years, and it was the first time since I became a Nikko brand. The location is a little from the downtown area, but the view was good because it was high-rise. The equipment is still old. The shower in the bathroom was not an automatic temperature plug, and the water pressure of the hot water was weak, so it was difficult to adjust the amount of hot water at the appropriate temperature to use the shower. Also, breakfast was disappointing. Although it was a Viking, the replenishment was slow, and some of them did not come out to the end only by the tag. There is no udon noodles yet, so when I asked the staff, it was out of stock, so I could do it by soba. I refused because it would take １５ minutes. I've never heard of a Viking out of stock. Even though there aren't many people. There was almost no bread. Services such as the front desk are good. Especially the greeting of the person who cleaned the room was pleasant.

I went to Oita in a hurry at the law, and I booked with my wife for two minutes, but I was told to the front desk that I had a large room, and when I entered the room, it was really large, clean and clean room, and I was grateful. Breakfast was delicious in buffet style. I walked because I thought it was close to Oita station, but it took me a while.

The Japanese room style is huge. It can fit 10 people. We are a family of 5 and we have plenty of room for my children to explore and enjoy the room. Even the room is old but clean. The style is very traditional and we love it. We stay on the 2nd floor but the view of the sea is nice enough. Breakfast is not bad with variety of food, lots of Japanese style food. Staff are super nice. The hotel is a bit far from train station but within walking distance. Overall is great with this price.

Facilities: Overall good, basically everything is there, but it is slightly inferior to other more expensive hot spring hotels. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, and everything is clean. Environment: The overall environment of the hotel is very nice except that you can see the sea outside the balcony. The environment inside the hotel is average and has no aesthetic feeling. Service: The two uncles at the front desk (straight men) need to experience it yourself, no professional fake smile hahahaha, the serving brother and aunt of the banquet cuisine are very warm and cute, but overall it is a fast hot spring hotel, don't hold such high expectations, soak in the hot spring and look at the sea, it will be very comfortable to book a room on the roof where you can soak your feet, soak your feet while watching the sea and drink a can of cold beer! Don't be too comfortable

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Service was very good. Parking was an extra 550 yen per day. Breakfast was Japanese style but did include a bacon and egg cooked in front of each guest with the small Japanese hotpot. Our room fit 3 adults was very nice with clean modern amenities consisting of one room with two single beds, and a sizable living room with futon in the evening for the third bed. Nice view of Beppu tower in our room. Hotspring outdoor was totally enjoyable with a view of the sunrise and the Beppu Bay. Gotta be careful though because for ladies, someone in a boat at the bay might be able to see our naked upper bodies with telescope if we stand up.😅

Travel with a group of friends to Beppu but only 4 of us decided to stay at Amanek for 2 nights. This was the best decision ever as we were closed to the JR station, eateries, Tokiwa shopping mall, Donki and the beach were within walking distance. Only few staff could speak English. Those who speak Japanese only also try their best to serve the guest. I am impressed by how clean and new the whole hotel is. Best of all, I love the free flow of juices & beverages. You could also do take away in the UCC coffee disposible cup. Love the choice of either western or local breakfast with free flow of side dishes. I am surprised by how big the bedroom is and spacious bathroom. The gym equipment tho basic, are new & in good condition. The onsen is clean & modern & I love the warm rooftop pool with an awesome view! Amanek is thoughtful to provide guest with a basket to hold all your onsen needs. Upon check out, I was overcharged for my 2 days of breakfast. The staff was quick to rectify the problem & refunded me on the spot. Yes, would definitely stay in Amanek again in my next visit to Beppu! Thank you for the awesome stay!

You have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter the lobby, and hotel staff will help you clean the wheels of your suitcase when you enter. From the lobby to the elevator, you can go directly to the hotel room upstairs and downstairs, which is a very special experience. The breakfast was rich and the room was clean and tidy. Very satisfied, I will stay here again next time.

My wife booked this hotel for us for our weekend in Beppu. We selected this hotel based on the price, parking, and location. It is within walking distance to the train station and down town area. They have parking here which is a plus. The staff was very friendly, the individual helping us spoke great English which made check in/out easy. They have breakfast here, because of COVID, it was not buffet style, but the trays were nice and the food was great. The rooms were perfect, they were modern, spacious, and had everything we needed, plus the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay here.
