The hotel is located in an area near restaurants, shops and supermarket so it is very convenient. The parking is next to the hotel but limited lots and must pay a ¥1000 and not complimentary. Breakfast was good with a variety of selections.

チェックインするまで大浴場があるなんて知らなかったので、とても贅沢をあじわえました。
大浴場に鍵があり、本日の番号を渡され、特別感わ感じとても満足な宿泊でした。
また大分に出かけるときはこちらのホテルを利用させて頂きたいと思います。
アーケードの前でとても立地も良いと思いました。
朝食のバイキングも想像以上の品揃えであさからたくさん食べさせて頂き、ご当地メニューにもありつけたので大大満足です。お世話になりました。

全員大きな声や笑顔であいさつしてくれるのは良かった。
チェックイン前に駐車場を利用しようと思ったら、係の人がいなくて、フロントに申し出るようにと張り紙があった。
急いでたので、すごく不便に感じた。
受付には大勢いて、何もしていないスタッフもいたので、駐車場係員が出勤する前は誰かレセプションスタッフが常駐しているとスムーズで更に満足度があがる。
部屋はきれいで良かった。

こちらは、大分駅より徒歩約5分くらいのところにあります。（空港行バス停は近いく早朝のフライトだったのでこちらを利用しました） 周辺はコンビニ・繁華街がありとても便利です。 まずはチェックイン‥‥フロントは普通に良い対応でした。 カードキーと朝食券をいただき、部屋へ。 ホテルは普通に綺麗でした。 部屋は広めでめでバス・トイレも普通でアメニティーと部屋内の付帯設備も普通で、使い捨てスリッパはもありました。 ベットも広めで、枕の高さが丁度よかったです。 大浴場は最上階の10階にあり浴槽は1つですがユッタリ入れました。 朝食はバイキングで、大分の郷土料理（豚キャベツ・中津唐揚げ・・）などもあり、そこそこの種類から選べ美味しくいただけました。

大分空港を拠点とした場合、空港バスの停留所に近いので便利です。 ホテルの裏手にも小さい飲食店から地元の食材をアピールしたお店、スナックなど様々なお店がごった返しています。 コンビニも近くにあるのですが、近隣には１店舗のみで時間帯によっては品数は期待できません。 また、大分駅までは徒歩１０分程度で、途中の飲食店街をぬけていけばあっという間で、駅前でお土産を購入することもできまるので、立地的には問題ありません。 肝心のホテルも大浴場があり、大人４名が湯船に浸かれる程度の広さがありますが、集中してしまうとゆっくり出来ませんし、着替えも大変、そしてヘアードライヤーを使うことも出来ません。 もう少し脱衣所のレイアウトは考えた方がよいと思います。 そして室内は非常にタバコ臭いです。 誤って喫煙ルームを予約した私が悪く、禁煙ルームに振替が出来なかったこともありますが、エレベーターホールへ降りた瞬間から強烈な臭いがします。 室内も当然強烈なタバコ臭で、消臭剤をかけても全く効き目がありません。 幸いにして窓が開いたので、窓を開けてエアコンで送風しましたが、連泊中はずっと臭いがとれませんでした。 今時は喫煙ルームでもさほど気になることはない部屋が多いのでしが、流石に強烈すぎました。 大分は飲食店も喫煙OKのお店が多く、受動喫煙予防が甘いと感じました。 尚、朝食は郷土料理が豊富に揃っていましたが、４泊し全て同じ内容でした。 日替わりパスタが１種類のみありましたが、実際には毎日同じペンネが提供されていました。 連泊する際は、夕食や翌日の朝食も考えて少しづつにしないと飽きてしまいます。 部屋のバスタブも小さい深いので、部屋でリラックスしたい人にはあまりオススメ出来ません。

JR大分駅北口から「中央通り」を歩いて10分程度、マイメロ銀行…、ではなく大分銀行本店まで歩いていくとホテルの看板が見える。ひとり旅なのでシングルルームを予約したが、週末にもかかわらず広くゆったりした9階のダブルルームにアップグレードしてもらった。 最上階の10階に大浴場とレストランあり、朝食は6時30分からで和食が充実しており、朝から大分名物の鶏天と「中津から揚げ」をいただいた。ご飯は地元大分産「ヒノヒカリ」だったが、北海道（釧路/知床斜里）のホテルでいただいた「ななつぼし」と同じくらい美味かった。

First of all, the uncle in the parking lot is the best. They were really kind and quick. The downtown area is right behind it, and you can walk to Oita Station. It's fun to go through the arcade. The room was spacious. The bed is also great. There is a separate bath so you can relax. It was a very good place with good security.
