The staff were very polite and we had a pleasant stay.
It was nice that amenities were prepared even for the children. It would have been nice if they had pajamas too.
The space between the bed and the desk was a little narrow.
The breakfast had a wide variety of ingredients and we were able to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes.

Hotel doesn't have any Hot Spring / Onsen as advertised here. Disappointed as we book here because we would like to relax at hotel onsen. Pls remove the pics here as advertised you have onsen. Thank you so much.

I stayed here on a business trip. The room was clean, and I was happy to receive a welcome drink (sparkling wine or coffee) 😃✨
The desk is spacious, so it's easy to do desk work!
If you arrive late at night, the hotel's affiliated parking lot will be full, but since it's in a busy area, there are plenty of parking lots nearby, so it's not a problem.
I couldn't use the breakfast because it was over my company's budget 😢I'd like to use it again someday with breakfast included.
