Staff lovely - very attentive.
Food good but buffet always cold. Plenty new towels daily in room. Super location for touring/viewing the area. Pool area cleaned daily.

Large and clean rooms with an amazing view of the beach from the balcony. Friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast. Parking was an additional fee but convenient.

No me ha gustado nada El todo incluido, muy cutre! Bebidas de marcas blancas, y nada de elaboración... Si lo pagas en el momento entonces sí que lo ponen de mejor calidad, como si El todo incluido fuese regalado y no lo hubieses pagado! Ni tan siquiera entra un helado en la piscina! Charquito de agua, para remojarse y refrescarse, nada de pensar en nadar! La comida y la habitación no está tan mal! La atención del personal buena!

Stayed all inclusive for 10 nights and it was a really poor experience, you can’t fault the location , our view overlooked the pool and the beach which was lovely and the rooms were clean, but we had some loose sockets. The restaurant was like a school cafeteria, it had no windows to look through and to add more light , the food was poor quality and variety often running out of things the food was always Luke warm and I had to warm every meal in the microwave. I see that previous reviews have mentioned that so why don’t the hotel take notice of the feedback. The is a very limited selection of pool bar snacks for all inclusive guests , the alcoholic drinks were of poor quality , I tried the gin and the rum and both had a strange taste to them. The final straw came on the last day with our late check out when there was no option to use a room for a quick shower, this is the only hotel I have ever been in that doesn’t do this 🤷🏼♀️ I would definitely not be returning I think the hotel thinks that the location will sell it without having to try with anything else ☹️

Hemos estado muy agusto. El personal muy amable y servicial. La comida muy buena, variada y abundante. El sitio, junto a la pláya qué más se puede pedir.! Muy buena la relación calidad- precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas con una terraza aceptable.

We stayed 9nights at the hotel, we were on the fourth floor looking over the beach.The hotel staff were lovely in all areas . The hotel was clean and tidy , a little tlc needed in the bedroom corridor with a lick of paint and new carpet runner. But it didn't spoil the stay. We only had breakfast with was like most buffet breakfast plentiful, microwave if you wanted it hotter . All in all a good stay
