It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience was average and I would not stay there again. The pictures of the Ctrip suite are not consistent with the reality. The reality is that it is an ordinary hotel room with an extra sofa, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip stated that it would open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel, but the actual decoration is relatively old. I don’t understand why it was a hotel that opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. I completed the formalities in the morning and came to pick up the room card in the afternoon. There was only one person at the front desk, which was very slow and I had to wait for a long time. The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants. It feels good to eat at night. The location is by the sea and it is very comfortable to walk.

Puente Romano es un fantástico hotel para pasar unos días en familia. Hay mucha variedad de restaurantes y ambientes, tanto si vas en pareja y quieres disfrutar de tranquilidad y buen ocio, como si vas en familia donde puedes disfrutar de sus piscinas, el acceso a la playa, alquilar unas bicis, o reservar pista en su club de tenis para "jugar" un rato en familia. Hay varios restaurantes muy de moda ahora mismo que por la noche se llenan de ambiente, aunque los niños son bienvenidos yo creo que el ambiente es más de "adultos". Sin embargo tienen toda la sección de restaurantes ubicados más en la playa como sea grill o chiringuito, donde sin duda es un ambiente más relajado para ir con niños. Nosotros somos 5 miembros en la familia (3 niños de 7 a 1 un año) y lo pasamos súper bien! además tienen muchos detalles con los niños: cestitas de bienvenida, la apertura de cama por las noches siempre dejaban algún detallito, te facilitan tema comidas o bibes... Repetiremos sin duda el próximo año!

Wir waren schon in vielen Top-Hotels, leider wurden wir hier enttäuscht. Zimmer geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Dusche zu klein und Türe defekt und Schimmel in der Dusche. Kaffee und Wasser wird nur nur mit viel Trinkgeld aufgefüllt. Anlage ist wunderschön eingewachsen und gepflegt. Frühstück sensationell. Die Poolanlagen sind für so viele Gäste zu klein. Die Liegen inkl. Auflagen sind alt. Kaffee am Pool wird in kleinen Pappbechern für 5,50€ serviert. Essen ist gut aber maßlos überteuert und kleine Portionen Pizza Margherita 30€, Spagetti Vongole 48€. Servicepersonal freundlich, aber viel zu langsam. An der Open Air Bar, Mindestverzehr für Hotelgäste 300€, wenn man einen Sitzplatz möchte. Coole Partylocation.
