The hotel is right on the water, and has a beautiful pool. Rooms are snug and could use a refresh. Dinner options were limited—we chose the grill restaurant which was just mediocre. The breakfast buffet was very good. Service was spotty. They needed to put some money into the property so that the facility matches the setting.

Excelente hotel con muy buena atención por parte de todo el staff. Muy buenos restaurantes dentro del hotel en la mejor zona de Marbella El hotel es costoso y todo se lo merece aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas pero confortables. Lo peor son los baños. Es un espacio muy reducido. Quisieron tener una bañera , ducha , sanitario y un pequeño lavamanos; en un espacio reducido. Es un enredo compartirlo con la Pareja! El Red Level no fue de nuestro agrado debido a que los licores son ordinarios aunque la atención y el desayuno excepcional El Don Pepe vale la pena visitar.

This is truly a 5-star hotel and resort. If you want a wonderful time with the best of everything, look no further than this hotel. We loved our Red Level Ocean View Suite on the 7th floor. It was perfect for my wife, me, and adult daughter. The room was spacious, very, clean, with two rooms, two balconies, and a huge bathroom. The hotel staff are amazing. The are experts in customer service. We received a welcome tray with chocolates and a bottle of champagne. The room mini-bar was fully stocked. The Red Level Lounge is very good. They have a wide selection of delicious food and full bar from morning to night. The breakfasts from the menu were delicious. The pools and grounds are beautiful. We loved spending time by the pool and the deck and beverage staff were phenomenal. We ate at both Bardot and Tahini and they were both excellent. Everything is excellent. Enough said - stay here and be happy.

We have been coming here for many years and must say the recent changes are quite beautiful. Such a lovely location and the staff are the kindest people, especially Rafa and Raoul around the pool area.Many thanks to Abel who always looks after us. Hope to see you very soon.

My wife and I have stayed here for the the last 12 years sometimes twice a year.can’t tell you how wonderful the staff are for the pools guys ,Restaurant,Reception all amazing This year we signed up for Circle with the help from Rio who was incredible made the whole experience simple but very professional Thanks to everyone for making the Melia so special for us Eddie & Pat

My brother and his wife had a wonderful time during their stay at the hotel ! Great service ! Very friendly ! I sent a mail with birthday wishes to the hotel and they surprised her not only with my wishes but also with a birthday cake and a bottle of cava! Thanks a lot !

Superb hotel set in beautiful grounds with direct access to the beach. I stayed in a Red Level Supreme Front Seaview room to include breakfast for 5nts. Highly recommend the Don Pepe Gran Melia for a tranquil holiday. It’s a pleasant easy walk along the beach promenade into the centre for amazing shopping. The staff are all very friendly, attentive and exceed expectations. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay with them is perfect. I will certainly stay again at this beautiful hotel!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds and great service. We paid extra for the “red level” which entitled us to a private lounge that had food and drink out available for a good part of the day, nice quality! The room we had was a little dated, unexpected for that level but over all very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! We enjoyed our stay here.
